They work so good! I like the volume for these little ones. You need to know how to adjust in order for them not to slip out.

These are not very good. The noise cancellation doesn’t seem to do anything and they don’t seal off your ear canal so you hear everything going on around you. They are ok as far as comfort, but they’re way better designs out there. I wish I would have stuck with Apple instead of wasting my money on these.

They are too big for my ears. I wanted to test them out and when I noticed that they were making my ears hurt, I decided to return them. I used to have 45 days to return to Best Buy, but that has been changed to 2 weeks. So, I guess I need to love these since I am stuck with them. The sound is good.

These are the Best ears buds i ever owned. I wish you could use left one to talk also when using one.

Great sound. Issue was it not fitting snug in the ears and consistently falling out, even with the rubber tips.

When it works correctly it's good but it gets quiet then loud often. Very easy to use and comfortable though.

Noise control is average. Stays in the ear but the fit is a little unconfortaable. If you plan on waring it all day , don't get it

I got these for my husband and he loves them! He has a Samsung galaxy phone and Best Buy geeks had to change something in the settings of his phone because the sound was very low.

Works perfectly for the most part. A year later and just having issues of the buds themselves charging without being plugged in.

If you are not careful, they will fall out of your ears and you won't even know because they fit so comfortably. Kind of expensive to be losing.

Great set of ear buds. They dont hurt your ears and are very durable. This is my second set as the first ones i bought were ran over by a car. One survived but another didnt.

Perfect, got it for my sister as a extra gift for graduation she had mentioned that she liked the front side because they looked like beans which i found cute

They are ok but to me they weren't anything extra ordinary they are hard to fit into the ears

Love these ear buds! They are perfect love the color and the way they fit doen't even seem like I am wearing them and the more I use them the more I like them it was a great choice!

For music they're good but every single person I talk on the phone with complains that I sound like I'm talking with a pillow over my face. I had the buds and the buds+ prior to this and had no complaints or issues with either one the same Samsung phone. Really regret getting rid of them for these. The sound is great but for phone calls I have to give them a thumbs down.

The design is beautiful, sleek and sexy but the sound socks! Clarity is amazing but not loud at all!

Gift for wife, she loves them, uses them part of the day. Only thing she does not like is they cannot connect to 2 different devices.

Buds were easy to use right out of the box. Easy to charge in there case with included charger cord.
