My only complaint is being told constantly by people I’m one calls with, that they can either not hear me at all or I sound too muffled to understand me. Call quality was the primary reason I purchased them, unfortunately. I think the speakers are great, but the microphones are horrible.

I have to keep adjusting them and when i do, it drops my call or my music, despite turning off thay feature. This is my second pair of samsung earbuds and I would not recommend either. I wish I could get my money back.
