I love this product, i forgot and left this headset in my pocket and put it in the dryer and it still works.

Comfy, reliable. And definitely replaced my old airpods. Works better IMO. Seamless connection, even coming from an iphone.

so good, I like it so much, same as described, but the only thing it's small, sometimes I am afraid to fall down & lose it.

Work great, my husband loves them! The only complaint is they hurt his ears after awhile.

These earbuds were so uncomfortable and in my field I need noise cancellation. They're cute but they miss the mark. I exchanged them for the Galaxy Buds+ which are way more comfortable and the sound is incredible. Don't buy these unless you want to look stylish with sore ears.

very good ear buds better than other i have own, the battery charge runs out very quickly..

Great product but after a few weeks of using it the earpiece is beginning to sound like a broken record especially when the battery gets around 30%. Something about the sound doesn't feel right. I am still watching the behavior. It's too sensitive to touch. In a bit to adjust it in my ears during a call, I have ended several calls!

They are a little large for my ears but I think I'll get used to them

I love these earbuds, I really do. However their "active noise cancelling" is absolutely useless.

It works well with my iPhone 12 Pro but it does disconnect from a short distance from my phone

It was a gift for my mom but she loves them. They were hard for her to adjust to because she isn't a technology person but she loves them so far

Honestly, I expected so much more out of this than what I got. The sound would warp, the earbuds would disconnect from the case randomly, and the glossy case is a fingerprint magnet. My main issue was due to the first two reasons, which is why I ended up taking this back.

Samsung buds, what else is there to say. They work, easy to connect, and the black ones look real nice.

Love the way they look and the function even better. I have only used them a couple of times, been to busy working lately, but they work great.

The style and performance is good,but they hurt my ears because they are too big for my small ears.

I couldn't be more disappointed. The best thing about these is the sound quality. It is amazing. I've never had ear buds sound this great. But, if they don't stay in my ears laying on the ground. These absolutely won't stay in. Every time I bend over or do anything other than sit still, they are coming out. What good is the sound quality if they are laying on the ground? The touch controls are super good. BUT, I have to disable touch controls because I'm constantly touching them to keep them in. So what good are the touch controls if I'm constantly touching them. Basically, the poor fit negates every positive they have. I've had them for four days and I'll be returning them tomorrow. I think I'll downgrade to the previous generation of Galaxy Buds that according to the review actually stay in.

I am always on the hunt for the most comfortable, affordable, high-quality bluetooth headphones to keep in my ears all day while I work for music and phone calls. This has led me down a path of many different earbudgs I've run into the ground. The best I've found are the Plantronics (any type) and now these Galaxy Buds. The Galaxy Buds are small and I love that they aren't in-ear since I hate the suction that sometimes happens. The sound quality is incredible, with rich bass that doesn't overpower. And the active noise canceling works well without distorting music. These are easily my new favorite earbuds. Pros - Last a full workday - Incredibly comfortable - Excellent sound quality - Easy to clean with a cloth - Fit well when nestled in my ear - Very high-quality buds and case - Like the case lights showing - Can control by opening the case and don't need to put in my ears - Phone app is excellent Cons - Touch tonrols take a little getting used to - Touch controls are a little delayed - Not waterproof (I wear PLT when showering) - Can jiggle loose with lots of activity - Fine for running, not at the gym - Doesn't have spoken voice for pairing or connection If these were waterproof they'd be my only headphones.

The volume isn't that loud for blocking other people out.
