Couldn’t use both at the same time in my work environment (hair salon for children) because it made it difficult to hear.

I have googled and tried different settings within the app. I know it’s not my ears because my old set I got for 30.00 on Amazon pound compared to these. If anyone has a solution I would love to hear it.
