It take a bit of getting used to to actually fit them in your ears properly. They sound fine but not great. The active noise cancelling does nothing. Pass on these and go for the pros.

Pairing worked well but other integrations pretty poor. Was watching a video and picked up a phone call and the video audio kept playing while I was taking the call. Sound is decent but noise cancellation doesn’t so much.

But the problem with the left bud going out and having to jump through hoops to get it to work again is extremely frustrating. Would not buy again.

Big design flaw

Unless you want to scrub them clean after every use, and I mean with a fine bristle brush, steer clear of these. They feel good in the ear and work well. Sadly we human beings have ear wax. I myself have never had too much of it, but regardless, these buds get clogged up and it seriously affects the sound....ALL the time. Having used them for a while now, it's aggravated me to replace them. They were costly and it's really upsetting to ditch them. Don't buy this design of samsung earbuds.
