The sound quality was good but I didn't care for the way the buds fit the ears. Then they were uncomfortable! I had to keep making adjustments to ensure they wouldn't fall out or get lost. TOO expensive to lose or worry about. I returned them.

Exactly what my wife was looking for. Fits perfectly.

I bought these for my sister so she can pair them up with her S10+ and she loves them!

This was a gift for my son and he loves them. He also loves that they can charge on his phone.

The left earbud stopped connecting (or charging) after the first few days. Still have yet to figure out how to fix the issue, but if I let both of the earbuds to drain its battery and charge it while the charging case is plugged into the wall charger, it seems to work. Hard to describe the actual issue, but basically, if put my earbud back into the charging case while there is still battery, then the next time use it the left earbud doesn't connect to my device. I have done some searching online to fix the issue, but none have proved helpful, even going to a samsung tech service store has been helpful. Other people are experiencing the same problem, wonder if it may be with the pink ones, or if they sold me a refurbished one... the other two galaxy live buds i have gifted my parents have been working fine, so may be i got unlucky with this pink one.

It's great for value. You can try it. It's enought for me.

No matter what these samsung ear buds actually do well enough, the sound quality is abysmal. Do not waste your money.

I got these as a gift. The sound is good but they keep sliding out of my ears. If u have small ears or holes inside of ears are small these aren't for you. They fall out and slide out to where i am afraid of losing them. so i only wear when i am at home.

This was a great birthday present. She really enjoyed the buds.

Great value quality and durability have been excellent.

Wife was unsure of them but now can't use phone without them makes everything so convenient.

If only the battery lasted longer, they would be perfect.

Its a nice earbud if it fits, for me my ears were too small and had to return. The sound is OK, took forever in the EQ settings on my Android phone to sound good. I would rate the sound as average. Overall decent but fitting issues so maybe try out a friend's first.
