My ears hurt after an hour or so with them in, and I often feel like they are getting ready to fall out. The active noise cancellation is ineffective and I can't notice if it is on or not.

The friend got the buds pro and he said they were WAY more comfortable. Additionally swiping the touch controls was such a hassle.
