Worst design, constant issues connecting, cannot even walk 10’ from phone before units start to break up connectivity. I have tried numerous methods to resolve issue to at least get to the claims Samsung makes about the efficiency of these units. They are also very uncomfortable and slip out of ears easily when walking or working out. I am going to try and return them and stick with my AirPods

ecellent product and quality, perfect for every day use

I don't even normally consider earbuds as a headphone option for me, as my ears are very small and they hurt. When I saw the design of these and that they didn't actually fit snugly into the entrance of the ear canal I was SO excited. Unfortunately, that excitement wore off pretty quickly. Though the case is a little flimsy, I still loved the design and color. The fit was ok. Sometimes they would feel good, other times it would feel a bit uncomfortable. But that could be me, as I do have small ears. Trouble came when: 1.) I was listening to a video and noticed this humming/buzzing sound in the background. It wasn't the video as I tried it with music and another video. Online Samsung suggested to reset it so I did. But the humming/buzzing was still there. 2.) If you have an iphone, the pairing connection isn't pleasant. You have to download an app. They just don't connect very easily. After only 1 day, I had to reset them again because they wouldn't pair. When it became very annoying was when I had to reset them just to be able to connect them to my ipad. So pairing to multiple devices is a no go. 3.) The last straw came when my ears started to feel very weird. I had this subtle pain and very quickly realized they were getting hot in my ears. I was only listening to a video and i wasn't using them more than 5-8 minutes. This happened 3 separate times before I realized these were not going to work for me. The color and design isn't enough for me to give these more than 1 star. I just ordered Airpods instead. Fingers crossed.

Loving my earbuds I listen to them everyday and everywhere

I returned this item. The buds for to small for my ears and that was a first for me with any ear buds, The sounds quality was not good. I would not recommend.

Lots of room for improvements on these ear phones. Size and fitting are an issue because of the simple fact that there is not a direct insert earpiece that you can put into the ear hole. The noise canceling setting isnt the greatest. I will say that buds do get pretty loud but it isnt as crisp with the higher the volume gets. Overall they arent amazing but, functional for daily routine listening or talking with friends and family. Wouldn't workout with them just because they fall out to easily and have to be readjusted in my ear.

Love the these EarPods. They are very easy to use.

I like the quality but these earbuds are not for everyone. I felt like they were going to slip out of my ear each time. Other than that they might work for the next person. I love the color though.
