Deep punching bass with perfect tune in treble. The reason I have one star is because the bluetooth range and performance is worst. There is loads of static when trying to use outdoors while walking. The songs break as if the phone is far away, but it literally is in the pocket.

Not a fit for small adult ears

Why can't anyone make these for small adult ears???!! Also battery life is terrible. Didn’t last through the day. I wanted to love them because the connectivity is great and sound was incredible but they just don't fit. NONE of the Samsung earbuds fit...all too big and uncomfortable

But, they are functionally very poor. Audio quality & ease of use are both severely lacking. Either something is wrong with this particular piece or samsung got this seriously wrong. I was travelling so unfortunately , I am out of the return window but I may need to throw these and get new ones.
