These are good for the cost. The sound could be better. If you have small ears like me, it's a little difficult to keep them in place but overall they're ok.

Agter a while both ear buds will not connect at the same time. Its either the left bud will connect while right bud will not, i am very disappointed with this product and i can't even return the item, i am very disappointed with bestbuys service of this product.

Good sound but they would not stay in my ears. They also would hurt after a while. I really wanted to like these.

First of all, whereas the buttonless, touch/tap feature may seem novel, it becomes a nuisance if not extremely deliberate and careful whenever reaching to adjust the fitting in your ear during use. In addition, I am having many experiences in hearing loss, from both directions, during phone talk use, with the right ear bud.

Larger than what I expected. Base comes in and out when playing music. Not sure if the issue with my phone or earbuds.

There's no volume on devic, And sometimes if your doing a great workout and sweating alot they'll tend to fall out of my ears.

It states noise cancelling and transparency and these do not do that or if they do, they do it so terribly that the average person cannot tell. I purchased these because I had the first generation of these and they still worked but wanted transparency mode and noise cancelling. Couldn’t tell the difference and I returned them for pixel buds pro and love those.

I like them because they are Samsung but they do not stay in your ear. Be careful and always watch where they fall

They sound okay but did not fit my ear well. I got a headache after 5 minutes of wear. However, I will say the ANC did a good job for not having a seal.

Earbuds come in handy but they can be a little tricky trying to adjust them in your ear. Not recommended for small ears but in all good earbuds

I could not get these ear bud headphones synced to my iPhone. I even tried going through my blue tooth app but it still didn't recognize the device. I don't know if Apple wants to make it impossible to use any devices other than Apple products but I ended up taking them back since it wouldn't sync to my mobile phone. I was a bit disappointed in the directions (or lack thereof) but I did go back and get the Apple Ear Buds so I could use my phone hands free.

Disconnects quite frequently. Samsung needs to wait longer to make a winning wireless headphones. Not recommended

Not a fan. Pretty disappointed in this product. The sound was not great and it is not comfortable at all. Ended up returning it

I love galaxy buds but i couldn't get these to work for me. None of the tips would help them stay n my ears and would constantly fall out.

not bad but better available. sounds good, not noise canceling. don't seat well
