My phones, televisions, refrigerator, washer and dryer are all Samsung. I considered giving them 2 stars since they are so very pretty. The color matches my phone perfectly. When opened I instantly fell in love with them, they connected to my phone easily, I was so excited, had zero issues ...until I had them in for half an hour. These must be made for people with really large inner ears. The pain from having them in quickly becomes unbearable. I made the mistake of toughing through the pain and discomfort during my 12 hour night shift, (thinking I'd adjust, dumb mistake) I wound up with cuts and bruising in my ear. I paid full price for these things as an early birthday gift to myself. Fsirly certain ots too lste to send them back, otherwise I would. Truly, very disappointed.
