I got the first pair and had many connection problems. Spoke to Samsung support and they recommended to return since they said sounded defective. Got the second pair, no better. Returned those and got the Jabar 85t, those work perfectly.

The sound is really really good but after 10 mins or so it becomes discomforting and your ears will be sore. They shouldve done a beans mini version for smaller ears but it is what it is

Definitely not as good as the ear buds that came out before these ones. I hate that I lost my old pair. I wish I could return them. Plus you can’t workout with these in.

Could have been better

I loved the color and it matched my phone. The sound was great, but the fit was horrible. As I walked around the earbuds would slowly fall out of my ear. Trying to put them back in would cause me to either stop the music or skip the song because of the sensitivity.

Over engineered to a fault

They hurt my ears! 2) they are so awkward to put in, and slippery, and very easy to drop. The first time I used them I nearly lost one forever down the side of an airplane seat. 3) you have to download the app to connect these and use the noise cancelling functionality. Its such an unnecessary feature, takes up space on my phone, and is pointless. 4) the app won't work to connect your earbuds unless you give it access to your contacts, your SMS, your calendar (?!?!)...I don't WANT to give my earbuds access to all those things!

Maybe this is more fit for people with bigger ears? It should be one size fits all like the air pods. Wish I returned them when I could have. It's so annoying to have to keep pushing them back in or adjust them which hangs up the phone or stops whatever's playing!
