Not the best product

After a while of them being in your ears, your ears get sore. Also, they fall out of your ears too easily to the point where I'm afraid to use them for a jog or run.

Wish you could raise and lower the volume with just using one. Also wish you could get name and number notification when a call comes in.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had the galaxy buds, then I upgraded to the buds+ (which are absolutely amazing), then I wanted to see how the buds live were which active noise cancelation. I was truly disappointed, the speakers were pretty good, but unless you have the perfect shaped ear for this earbud, you don't get a seel which means the speakers are no good anymore and there's no noise cancelation at all. The buds+ block out noise 100 times better. The battery also isn't very good, the buds+ has an 11 hour straight battery life, the buds live can reach nearly 6 hours without using the "noise cancelation" that doesn't work. Definitely would not recommend these to anyone, I'd highly recommend the buds+ I bought the Bose QC earbuds and now I'm just waiting for them in the mail.

The sound quality is nice and does great noise cancellation. I also find them quite comfortable and often forget they are in my ears. Now the issue I have with it is the charging capabilities. I have only owned these for 4 months and followed all proper care instructions, yet the left earbud no longer charges properly. The right charges just fine and so does the case. When I looked online to see if others had this issue I found it to be quite common; something that is hinting to overall poor product quality for something to fail so soon and at random. For earbuds at this price to fail so soon is truly disappointing.
