Both said it was the other's fault. Wouldn't work with my iPhone or my iPad Air 4. I must admit that they connected instantly with my Windows laptop and sounded great, but that wasn't why I bought them. Big disappointment

They have a balanced sound where the highs mids and lows all sound great. They are very comfortable. Have good battery life. And most importantly they don't have the dreaded loud footstep noise most earbuds produce when walking or running since these don't seal your ear canal like most others.

When I touch them to put back in my ear they pause and then no matter how I tap them they wont play again. I get mad and put them in my pocket, next thing I know, I can hear them now playing in my pocket.

For sure not at all UNCOMFORTABLE, I avoided these for quite a while because all the reviews saying they couldn't stand even an hour with these. I legit can fall asleep with the bud in my ear and that ear again the pillow. Sht is comfy for real. Stays in my ear, doesn't fall out, I'm still a little lost with the touch controls compared to powerbeats pro, but I dig them. Worth the cash..

Basically to work outside I have to hold my phone (Samsung s10) close to my ear so the Bluetooth signal can reach the earbud. So I'm holding my phone against my ear which completely defeats the point of having earbuds. Mucked around with setting on the phone and earbuds for 5 days but no luck. Returning them .
