Sound is not that great. People say they can't me often.

Absolute trash, bought these in the beginning of December and by March one side quit working. Sadly the manufacturer warranty doesn't cover one of the pins getting loose so the right ear won't charge. Stick to the other models if you're going to buy Samsung.

These were purchased as a gift for my husband. I returned these to the store because husband did not like the fit in his ears nor the external noises heard with these buds in place. We ordered the Bose buds and he is quite happy. I loved the blue color of the buds!

These sound good when they stay connected. Inside the house the Bluetooth would stay connected for a little while and then start doing momentary drops, outside they were unusable. I tried them with two different phones and had the same problem with both. I had to return them.

I would give no stars if I could. Difficult to place in the ear and handle. They get easily fall out and if they don't they really start to hurt my ears after 20 to 30 minutes. Sound is not great either. I returned them and got some Bose earbuds which I love.

The sound quality was bad but they DO stay put in your ears. I couldn't imagine spending this amount of money and having the sound quality sound as it did. I think they are onto something with the shape but until the sound is better, it's not worth the money.

The only thing good about these ear buds is their looks. They dont fit in my ears right, they feel like their going to fall out of my ears and when you go to adjust them it drops the call and i can't hear good with them.

They don't fit very well inside the ear like they look like they should, I'm sure it's probably a decent pair of earbuds, but they should design them a little better and maybe not so big so they can possibly get more customers that can use them.

The earbuds started making static sounds within the first year of use. Thankfully had best buy protection and were able to trade them in for a different brand that works better.

Wow these are pretty bad. The noise cancelation are a joke. There is little to no bass, even with the app equalizer. $150 for these? The $69 JBL headphones are the same quality at half the price.

They are cute but they hurt my ears really bad after about 10 minutes. The touch screen is to sensitive and pauses and changes your songs when trying to readjust them. Not that good of sound either.

Overall, I love these earbuds! The sound quality is excellent especially when talking on the phone. These are the first earbuds that I haven't had a problem communicating on the phone. These are not your average noise cancelling. You can still hear your surroundings which I love but might be a downfall to others. The fit took some adjusting but I've gotten use to them. It is definitely a unique style. Battery seems to last a couple days without charging which is a plus. And I've never had a problem connecting the earbuds to my phone & it was a simple set-up (huge plus). The only downside to these are there is speakers located on the outside of the earbuds. I think that is very odd. People around you can literally hear the sound coming from the buds. These might not be the best for work or traveling. Because of this very odd feature, I will probably be returning these & getting the Bud Pro.

Pros: -These fit well in my ears even without silicone tips. -Sound quality is pretty good. Not Bose or Sony, but not terribly far off. -Active noise cancelling worked well to drown out most background noise. -Battery last a long time and the case and buds charge fast. Cons: -The range on these is unacceptable. They work fine if my phone and I aren't moving at all. If I so much as cover my phone with my arm, place it in my pocket, or tilt my head, the sound continually cuts out and sounds choppy like a video buffering on a spotty, low bandwidth internet connection. I can't use them while walking down the street without the sound cutting out every 2-3 seconds unless I hold my phone in my hand. -The microphone: Every call I've been on using these buds, I've been told I sound pixelated, or like I'm speaking with a sock over the Mic. -The touch controls are incredibly inconsistent. I've had to tap the buds as many as 7 times to pause my music, when it should only take 1. Then, if I need to adjust a bud in my ear, it registers 2-3 taps and restarts the song I'm playing. -The plastic the buds and case are made out of has hardly any friction, and the case opens too easily. I dropped the case with buds from about 3 feet off the floor once and that was all it took for the case to open up and send the buds flying! The case should have some kind of magnetic or clip hold to keep it shut. Conclusion: Samsung added some nifty features to these headphones - active noise cancelling, a fast, wireless charging case, a user friendly app to control the buds and tune the sound. However, Samsung completely missed the bar on features that I'd consider baseline for any wireless earbuds: Reliable connectivity and durability. I should be able to walk down the street with my phone in my pocket and listen to music or take a call without cut-outs. Also, the case should be at least somewhat protective of the buds inside. For this reason, I can't give these a review higher than 1 star.

The fit for my ears was a bit off. The sound was good, I liked the bass tones. The charging was fast, but the Buds+ holds twice the battery life. The noise cancelling was not even worth mentioning. In a nutshell, not worth the price.

I was eager to purchase the live buds. However within a week, they were returned. They are very uncomfortable with my ear lobes. After wearing them for a lengthy time (30 minutes), I kept having visual marks of the outline of the earbuds.

Honestly their is not one good thing I like about these wireless buds they don't have great sound and kind of uncomfortable also didn't use for more then an hour that's how much I didn't like them they aren't fit for me will be returning

Battery life is trash. They are constantly needing to be charged. I hope I got a bum pair cause if the battery life is really this bad, throw the whole batch away.

As cute and tiny as this Galaxy Buds are they are really purchasing. For one thing, the part that goes into your ear is square. Who has a square ear, I don't know but I certainly don't.
