worst purchase ever, they sound good if your sitting still but they don't stay in the ears long unless theirs no movement. oh yeah and i tried to get a refund but best buys policies have changed from 30 days to 14 days. so with that i guess i'll scratch another store where not to shop at off my list and find items else where. if these buds had an ear loop an fit in your ear like other ones do they could have been the best.

I have air pod pros and the galaxy buds plus and the Lives have better sound quality and never hurt my ears like the in ear ones sometimes i forget they are in when i pause my music for and extended period of time…. Can’t recommend them enough and i plan on purchasing another pair for back up

I purchased these to go with my Samsung note since they now do not come w/ a jack for my buds (so disappointing) so I found these even though they are rather pricey! I purchased the Bronze since it most resembles my ph (rose gold). Very easy to pair w/my ph and the ease of wearing them is pretty good. Even though they don't fit in the ear like my wired buds they still block the noise and was surprised that they stay put quite well. I mainly use them for night sleeping so no one has to listen to what i fall asleep to and block out my husbands cpap machine. I would have given this a 5 star but they do hurt my upper ear. I cant roll over as after a few min my ear starts to hurt and need to get the pressure off. I'm hoping after a while my ear will get used to it ...not sure if anyone else is having this issue or i just have smaller ears than most? but just fyi for anyone else out there.

When using these, they fit great and dont hurt my ears which is great. With the phone mounted on my handlebars, these cut out as im riding if i turn my head to the left because the phone is center right of the handlebars. It isnt too bad but it does seem like a short range. As long as im looking forward, then they work very well and make the ride a bit more pleasant. Also i dont worry about them falling out of my ears which is a great thing. I cant use earbuds normally because they cause pain and irritation in my right ear for some reason. All Jabra devides cause this for me as does everything else. These dont even go in the ear canal , just hold in place right above it so they fit my needs very well

Saw a review on the news which was very good. I needed a new pair so I decided to buy them, best decision (smiling). They fit so nice and very comfortable. Easy to use, sound quality is awesome and phone calls clear and crisp. Rush to get yours, you will not regret it. Great Job Samsung!!

Best fitting earbuds I've ever had. I've heard better sounding earbuds but that's not to say these sound poor, just not the best. I swear I have misshapen ears so it's hard to find buds that fit, but these fit great and are comfortable! Plus the pink gold are so pretty!
