Can't seem to get the volume to rise to an acceptable level

Earbuds are good but need to be softer as they hurt after about 1-2 hours

I have this earbud when I bought my phone. Just keep in mind that it does not go inside your ear canal. So it's comfortable to use. It usually take me about 10 seconds to adjust it in my ear to get a perfect fit. Once I got that perfect fit, the sound is amazing. If I didn't get the perfect fit, it sounds horrible. So it is not for everyone.

It's a great product for those that don't like ear buds very much.

Was not worth the money. These fell out of my ear all the time. I ended up purchase Bose quiet comfort whicj were great. Stay away from the Bose quiet comfortII. Instead if you have an android phone pick up the google pro buds 2.

Great sound, fit, and value. This is my wife's first set of ear buds.

I picked these because they one of the few true wireless earbuds that you can use either R or L independently. I am deaf in my right ear and was finding a lot of buds the phone ONLY works with the right. Sound quality seems good. I am not one to be picky about sounds. Calls seem clear and didn't have anyone complain when I was on the phone when a jet flew over. That being said....I've had these for over a week now, my ears HURT! They are uncomfortable. I cringe when I go to put them in. I expected that for a couple of days, but not this amount of pain, swelling etc. I looked at tutorials about how/where to place them etc. No such luck.

These might just be the BEST earbuds I've had so far and I've had more than a few. I love everything about them, the call quality is the most important feature to me as I have two phones and take quite a few calls on a daily basis, they pass with FLYING colors. The music quality is outstanding and really thumps when I expect them to.I wasn't sure they'd stay firmly in my ears but absolutely no issues so far. I VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND these earbuds.
