Buds are not great on base and sound like static. Also one ear buf stopped working after 2 weeks then eventually botn stopped working and has been broken the oast year for no apparent reason, litetslly better off buying 10 follar headphones because theu last more than 2 weeks.

The sound on these is not bad. Also, the battery life is pretty good too. The problem - and it’s a big one - is that they won’t stay secure in my ears. Every face movement you make seems to move these buds. They have popped out unexpectedly several times in the first few weeks I have had them. Just poorly engineered.

Gift for my daughter for Christmas. She really loves these ear buds, she says they took a little getting used to and placement in the ear was key for fit and comfort but now are her go to

My wife purchased one for me as a gift. It hurts my ear after 30 minutes of use. I exchanged for the bud+, unfortunately the sound quality was horrible (had to push it constantly down my ear canal to get better sound). I am not a fan of apple products since the airpods were the only in-ear headphones I could compare the bud live and the bud+ to, for the money preferably get yourself the airpods. Yes, they cost a lot more than the other two I mentioned, they are better by far.

sound is amazing on these! only issue is keeping them in your ears! get the protection plan though. One ear went out on mine twice!

They are great ear buds for music, talking and i can still hear whats going on around me but to me its great...I am returning them. Not because i dont like them, i like them very, very much. They do not fix in my small ears. I try to put them on and it is so big that it stretches my inner ear and i am left in pain, very bad pain. My ear is red, hot and swallon from the buds. I can not even take out. It stuck inside from pushing it in. Feels like i have swallon ears and it itches and its painful. They need to make some for small ears.

After an hour these things will hurt your ears so bad that it'll trigger a headache. My ears were throbbing after I took them out. I've had these for a year now and the sound has become horrendous. I can have a full fledged conversation and hear myself talking. The left side is so weak that it makes it sound lopsided.

These things SUCK. I tried so hard to like these. They look cool and different but the facts are pretty simple. They hurt your ears. They don't ever fit right. The touch controls don't work well. The volume seems rather low. Bass isn't anything to write home about. Huge let down and honestly just a subpar product.

To start off i was excited that samsung was releasing an in ear noise canceling headphone. The noise canceling on these are complete garbage. The sounds is not very dynamic and is dry. The case feels very cheap. The touch controls go off whenever you have to readjust them (which is often). Other than that they're sub par.

Bought these for my son in law. Now he can listen to podcasts and play video games and no one else is bothered by the sound.

Never use for running...only gym and talking on the phone while cleaning house and doing errands ... headphone stay on ears without having to readjust them

I purchased these when I made the switch from the iPhone. At first there was some getting used to fit of the Galaxy buds live versus the airpods. Once that was out of the way the sound quality and active nose cancellation was decent. Over time I have come to find these headphones a poor product. 1. If you loose you headphones and the case there is no way to use find my headphones in galaxy app. This was a surprise as Apple and other truly wireless earbuds have this option. 2. When using find my earbud the chirp is so quiet it is difficult to hear so this feature is unhelpful. 3. Sound quality was never great but has begun deteriorating. Less than 6 months in. One eat bud is quieter than the other even with regular cleaning. I can't recommend these earbuds. Very disappointed by performance and quality. What's more, I misplaced an earbud and find my headphones can't locate it!

Love Them!!! This is my second pair; the only reason I got another one is that someone sold my 1st pair.

I've had the buds, buds+, and now the live. I dont really like them. The sound is good but I dont like that I cant customize them to fit my ears and after a while my ears start to hurt. If I were to recommend any of the galaxy buds it would be the buds+ they have great sound and you can customize them for your perfect fit.

I like that I can wear them at work where I have to wear earplugs. I just have to touch one earbud and I can listen when people are talking to me.

Happy with product. Works as it should. I would buy again. Worth the asking price.
