They wouldn't stay in my ears though, no matter what I did. I only needed them for working at my desk, not heavy activities. Every time I got up to walk one would fall out. I don't have unusually small ears or anything lol I was so disappointed. Love the color and esthetic of these. The functionality is Not there. The are loud, but the people around me could hear it as much as I could due to the speaker placement. I returned these.

No matter what I change on them they fall out. The next reason is they are touch-sensitive and when I run the volume goes up and down or the tracks keep changing. I have to disable the touch and then lose all control. They may be good for Starbucks but not for Marathons. For the runner, I just received a pair of Soundcore- by Anker Life Dot 2s from Best Buy, half the price, twice the quality. Just a runner's opinion!

They were difficult to get in and as I'm trying to get them in "just right" its changing my songs and doing all kind of beeps and skips and plays and stops while doing it. Very annoying. Then after I finally get them in, when I take them out, my ear hurts. It's because they're too big for my ear. I hate these. My daughter let me put one of her air pods in my ear to see the difference and it felt like heaven. I refuse to ever buy these style buds again!
