    Major design flaw

    The cool thing about the design of these is also the horrible thing about these buds. I was pleased for about 2 weeks. I use earbuds on a daily basis at work, for hours on end. I need ear buds that are reliable in their sound, and battery all the work day, every day. These are not those. Battery is great, and they charge fairly quickly, so as far as that is concerned, they're great! Unfortunately the sound has major issues. The way their designed, ear was gets crammed into the venting and seriously obstructs the sound. Usually one bud will sound noticeably and annoyingly louder than the other. They can become either muffled or "tin" sounding at times. There hasn't been a good listening experience with them since the first couple weeks...even after cleaning them. I've never had an over abundance of ear wax in my life, so it's not a "me" issue. The design didn't account for it, so unless you want to scrub them clean with a fine brush every day, these aren't for you....or anyone for that matter. I'm VERY disappointed considering how much they were when I bought them.

    I got these for my birthday in Feb 2022. Sadly, I have had nothing but trouble with them. They will not stay powered on when in the ear. I have followed every troubleshooting step, I have fully charged them,and I have updated the software. I have been going back and forth with Samsung customer service for about 4 weeks now. I sent the original pair in for repair TWICE. The first time they returned the original pair without ever looking at them. After hours on the phone and chat with Samsung, I finally got another repair ticket. After another couple of weeks, they sent a replacement pair and the same issue persists. I'm convinced they just threw the old ones in a new box and sent them to me. Samsung is refusing to refund the $150, it's past the return date to return to the store. Now I am stuck with a $150 pair of defective earbuds. Avoid these at all costs.

    I had purchased this item brand new and the first day i used it i was barely able to hear much. After the first day the right side ear wasnt working anymore i thought that maybe it died so i left it in the casing and didnt use them and also had it on the charger but my samsung phone tells me if or when it needs to be charged. I ended up bringing it back to ask for an exchange, i didnt mind getting the same one just one that hopefully worked. Unfortunately instead of best buy doing an exchange the guy instead put it as a refund and then told me i would have to come out of pocket again until however many days for the money to return back to me, unfortunately i dont have that type of money to just be throwing out when i clearly told them to do an exchange. My husband ended up buying me a pair but not from best buy.

    sound quality it not very good , Even when you try to adjust and have more base to the music, it sounds really high and tinny. I was hoping to have a nice base sound for my music, so i went back to the old school cord attachment.

    Decent sound, moderate battery life, will create soft spots where contact is continuously made, i used mine for working out gave me sores in my ears.

    THE WORST PURCHASE I HAVE EVER MADE

    I bought these earbuds on April the 18th, on April the 19th I used them from noon to 4:00PM while doing businesses, when I was aiming back to my home I realized that my ears were hurting as I have never experienced before and on my way back I decided to go to the Best Buy Store to return this item cause it has messed with my health. I hope this pain will dissappear tomorrow otherwise I'm going to the hospital to check out what's going on with my ears. Best Buy has to take more care about what they are selling to the public. I don't wanna move forward but if I have to because the pain persist I will cause it won't be normal.

    Terrible desgin engineering

    Sound quality is alright, however design is terrible. These are not suitabke for different ear shapes and sizes. Truely terrible engineering as the sound only travels if it sits in a certain position in the ear otherwise is muffled and they dont stay in that position for long. They even start to hurt your ears after 15-20 minutes of use. The design engineers truely did not do enough testing. I would reccomend the Sony wireless earbuds over these. If you are an athlete, I truly suggest something else, the Sony WF 1000XM3 or the Beats powerbeats, as these will not stay in your ear for more than 5 mi utes without adjustment.

    DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY

    WHAT A JOKE!!!! I bought these headphones because of the "noise cancelling" feature and because they were wireless. I work in a factory with a lot of loud machines and could not even hear my podcast while I was on the floor near the machines. Which honestly is a disgrace because the headphones that come stock with the phone cancels out the loud machines. Also when I was in a room where you couldn't hear the machines but my coworkers were talking the headphones couldn't even cancel out them talking and they weren't even talking loud. Not to mention they don't even stay in my ears. Returning them IMMEDIATELY. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!

    They require you to use an app to access one of the key features for locating the buds. I was a bit bothered by this but I went along with it. Now it wants access to my contacts, phone logs, sms, storage and calendar. THESE ARE EAR BUDS!!!!! I will NEVER use these to call someone with out picking up my phone first.

    One bud doesnt work

    Not worth the hype. One bud stopped working after 15 days. But from a place that has a longer genuine return policy. Samsung product support will take forever to address the isssue. Have been for hours doing chat and calls, but to no avail. May be one off but a genuine issue that no one will even bother to address. Lost respect on the product and conpany.

    These break so easily. I've had to send mine in for repair twice now and Samsung has been awful about the whole process. Don't buy these. Samsung seriously needs to up its game with its customer service. These buds are seriously not worth it.
