Firstly, one earbud came without the pre-attached wingtip and it was no where in the box. The buds are supposed to, I presume, come with the small wingtips pre-attached, and the large ones on the side. The large were in fact included, but again, one of the buds came naked, without the small wingtip. Secondly, there is NO active noise cancellation. Sure, the "feature" appears on the Samsung "Wearables" app, but enabling it has no real effect. Thirdly, I personally bought them not for the ANC, but because I wanted something light and comfortable. They are not as light as I had hoped and although there are no gel tips that bother, the wingtips that secure them into place do create noticeable pressure after a while. Still, for long sessions, they are more comfortable than the galaxy buds plus. So in that sense they are a step up. They look nice. Love the controls; they just always work. They sound good considering that they are open type.

Great earphones the sound quality is great and the mic quality is awesome as well. I don't know if it was the pair that I got but I would sometimes have issues with the touch controls they would not respond when I would touch it to pause or skip a song. Also my ears would start hurting after using them for about 1 hour.

So happy with this purchase. I searched and searched for a soft ear bud that I could sleep with. These are the ones as they don't protrude into the ear canal. Sound is fantastic. A little practice with getting them in case and ears for that matter, but once you learn they are THE BEST! hooray

They work great and stay on while exercising. Recommended

I use these with a Samsung Tab S6 Lite and my iPhone. Transitions between devices easily. The only thing I do notice, is sometimes (I think it's only when connected to my iphone) there will be some glitch sounds when the phone is in my pocket. It's not all the time, but it happens often.

Overall great purchase! The sensors to pause/play etc. are a kind of sensitive, but that's my only complaint! They're comfortable, the battery lasts for 6 hours straight, and they stay in place well! I have yet to try exercising in them, but they can withstand running around the house doing chores and grocery errands very well.

These are comfy and good sound quality. Battery life is alot longer then thought it would be.

I think that this set of beans gets a bad rap. Yes it took some getting used to. No, the directions weren't as clear as they should've. But odd form factor aside these are the best set it and forget it earbuds. Once they fit you're gonna feel like you have your own personal soundtrack wherever you go. It just feels like music is following you wherever you go. I had some connection issues but nothing too major.

These sound as good as any other competition and they hold in your ear without issue. I think periodically I have to adjust them in my ear after an hour of wear but it's pretty minor compared to other products. Haven't had an issue with them so far, I only wish they could pair to two phones at the same time but this isn't an issue most people will run into.

Great sound! Fits great in the ear, and very comfortable. Great to wear during a workout!

I absolutely love these. Can honestly wear them all day with no issues. The sound quality is amazing. Also, while wearing them I can still hear things like my wife or kid talking to me. The call quality is pretty good too. Everyone tells me they can hear me clearly even if I'm walking down the street with cars and wind going by.
