I was, at first, very happy with these. The fit is good and they stay in place rather well. I liked that these don't fit inside the ear canal and therefore don't "plug your ears". This keeps you from enduring problems such as crazy loud chewing and swallowing noises from having ear plugs in. It also allows in some ambient noise so you can hear important things such as traffic or doorbells. The flip side of not plugging your ears is that you miss out on a lot of noise isolation. They do offer decent Active Noise Cancellation and it does help. However, it mostly removes white noise sounds, such as fans or road noise (only wear as a passenger please!). The sound quality is good, well balanced and with a good range. Bass response is good though not amazing. They definitely don't sound weak or cheap. Mids are balanced and highs are very clear when listening to good quality audio files. I do wish these supported AptX HD or something, although the proprietary Samsung Bluetooth protocols are ok when paired to a newish Samsung phone/tablet/Chromebook. My biggest gripe about these is the inconsistent connection. Earbuds in this price range should have a rock-solid Bluetooth connection and these do not. I get skips (momentary disconnects) often - sometimes multiple times per song, sometimes 10 minutes apart.

Best Ear Pods of them all. Fits great & doesn't protrude from ear much. Believe it is most inconspicuous of them. Sounds great. Ear touch controls work well & properly responsive. Can wear one at a time or both at same time. Battery lasts long time. Can easily get full day use by wearing 1 for 8 plus hours while other in small charging case, when battery gets low swap them, & then do again if necessary. Case seems to hold at least 2-3 charges till it needs charged.

The Samsung earbuds were a surprise gift to my wife and she had bought her and myself a brand new phone then purchased my first pair of earbuds (blue) and I loved them ! So I initially came to Best Buy for an ink cartridge for our printer but decided to see if they had the earbuds she wanted as well. It was the best decision I made that day ! The sound quality, design and color are perfect she expressed to me. Thanks Again Best Buy for the great customer service and assist !

Sound quality is excellent, fit is very comfortable. They don't stick down your ear canal so they don't block surrounding noise, but are useful when you want to listen, but still be able to hear what is going on around you. When switching devices my Boss will audibly tell me what it is connected to, these do not. Not a big deal. Overall really like how small and comfortable these are.

Well I bought these for my streaming from computer, beautiful sound, I like the fact that they are budless just hang outside of your ear. It's a Samsung product of course if were to use with phone there's actually an app for these. Watch how you touch your ear because they have a sensor that works with the buds. Actually their pretty cool.

I'm overall very happy with these buds! These buds are definitely a different beast than most other buds and I was pretty skeptical that would stay in my ears, but they absolutely do stay in and don't fall out. They are also pretty comfortable to wear, which I didn't think was going to be the case. Sound quality is really good for the price, and phone call quality is also very good, having zero complaints about my voice. Overall, I'm very happy with the purchase of these buds!

Have a weird fit, but you do get used to it. They have good sound quality and are very affordable.

I LOVE these ear buds. Great fit. Great sound. The only thing I’d like for them to do is to be able to control the sound volume by touch. I read other reviews about them falling out. That hasn’t happened. I don’t wear these in heavy physical activity. I wear them in the office to tune others out and listen to music and/or phone calls. They are so comfortable that I forget they are in my ear. By far the best buds I’ve bought and I’ve bought a few including Beats, Jabra and Bose.

I really like these Earbud Headphones and actually bought 2 more sets. These are comfortable, sound really good, and work great for phone calls.

Love Samsung and these are no exception. They sound great, aren't bulky in your ears, and have a petty decent battery life.

I have owned these for several years now and enjoy them as much as the day I purchased them. I use these daily for calls as well as listening to music or audio books. Great battery life and have taken a few drops without any issues. I think they will outlast any that I have had in the past.

I love the design. I love how easy it was to pair up with my iPhone. I love how discrete they looked in my ear. Noise cancellation didn’t work at all. Sound quality was great when listening to music but during phone calls, I got a few complaints that it was hard to hear me so I returned it. I still recommend the fit of these if you’re like me and struggle with AirPods not staying in your ear.

They fit well, don't hurt, dont fall out, and look discreet. Also the noice canceling is really nice.

The way they fit takes a little getting used to but the connectivity, battery and sound quality seems very nice.
