The earbuds are good. However I haven't been able to charge the left one for 1 month now due to the small little gold prongs inside the case not attaching to my earbud. Other than that they are pretty good.

The only thing I don't like about my galaxy buds is that it's hard to find where to touch them to turn up the volume

This is my second pair of Samsung Live earbuds. The only reason I needed to get a second pair was because I (accidentally) put the 1st pair in with the laundry. The earbuds themselves still work but the charger didn't.

not too happy with them . i dont like the fact that you have to constantly adjust them into your ear just to hear the base and dont sound to loud , its note like the apple ear pod and ear pods pro where you place them and they stay in place and has nice base . the pros are more expensive but well worth it , my note 20 ultra on the other hand ? well worth the price . the phone is a monster.

I have TMJ so I loved the idea of how these fit without the pressure and in this respect they deliver. The noise canceling is non-existent. People have trouble hearing me on phone calls and the touch features drive me crazy. My scarf has activated them. I use these only when I walk the dog. Bought another brand for noise canceling and phone calls/Zoom meetings.

They hurt my ears if i keep them in too long however sometimes they are just what i need in order to be heard and/or understood when in a noisy environment.

I want to love these earbuds...I really do. But, they hurt. The sound is amazing! There is a definite difference in sound quality between these and previous Samsung Bud version. The shape however hurts my ears. I can't wear them for more than 15-20 minute at a time without pain. After I remove them they still hurt...my ears are sensitive for a few minutes after I remove them. I can't even touch my ears without pain for at least 5 minutes. Wish I could war them...

Good quality sound, but the buds were to big for my ears with it was very uncomfortable and painful. Hopefully the company come out with a different size.

The sound quality is great. However, it is doubtful I will use while running outside. The fit easily falls out of the ear when moving.

This is my second pair of earbuds live. I lost tgem tge first time without realizing it. I had to get a better case so the case doesn't open without mu knowledge. Everything else is great.

Good sound, easy to hear and talk from but don’t say in my ear, I would have returned them but I was four days late do to work.

The earbuds themselves are great quality, The shape is very uncomfortable to wear for long periods of time. Prefer the older shape much more than these.

I like them but they hurt my ear... idk if maybe I’m not putting them on right but I have tried different ways and it hurts and if I try to re-adjust them so they won’t hurt my ear then they fall out. Honestly I wish I bought different ones instead. Also they are very easy to lose I suggest getting a case with a zipper on it any other covering it’s pointless. I gave it 3 stars because overall the sound quality is fine and I like that you can adjust the sounds from normal, bass boast, etc... also it has a find my earbud feature which also came in handy.

Great for music. They hurt your ear if it's not the right fit. Volume not loud enough for calls with background noise

these are horrible. unless you have a specific ear size these are very finicky. I'm constantly having to adjust while I'm just walking at medium pace because if these sit to far in my ear they lose connection which happens every other minute. I've returned these once and got another pair because I thought it might have been a bad pair but no it was the same with the new pair. I tested these on a note 10 plus and a note 20 and I was having constant connection issues with both and have tried every kind of trouble shooting with no success. I'm really disappointed because i love my galaxy buds and will be switching back to them because the BUDS LIVE ARE BAD

They are good for listening, however, not very clear (sometimes) while speaking. Sometimes, I feel little pressure in the ear while putting the bus in the ear. Battery life doesn't last as advertized.

Read my first review about this. I complained about not having total volume control on both sides. However, that did not stop me from buying it again for the second time. It is still a great buy.

I bought these headphones to use primarily for work calls and occasionally to listen to music/audiobooks. First the good: The quality of the sound for both uses was fantastic, microphone was also very clear on zoom calls. I am not faulting the actual tech that went into these, it’s fantastic. But here’s the TERRIBLE reality: I used these one ear at a time for work (alternating every hour to give each ear a break), averaging about 4 hours total per day (2 hrs. for each ear) for a total of 5 days before I realized that the growing discomfort wasn’t something I would eventually just get used to. Day 5 I placed the left earbud in my ear and immediately felt EXCRUCIATING pain, I quickly removed the earbud. After gingerly feeling the outer part of the ear where the headphone sat I discovered open sores. I then checked my right ear and discovered the same. It has now been 7 days since I last used them and thankfully my ears are well on their way to healing, and are only a little sore when touching. I’m sure this won’t happen to all users, but I’m pretty sure as more people buy these reports of injuries will increase. I have tried many different types of headphones and was really looking forward to enjoying these since I loved the galaxy buds + and only replaced those for this one because my kiddo accidentally broke them. Bottom line, NO ONE should have actual wounds resulting from using these.

Sound was tinny . They did not sound good at all particularly for someone used to Apple AirPods

The sound quality from these buds are decent, but not great. The fitting of the buds into your ears are sketchy. You have to fiddle with it to line up the speaker with your ear before the sound is perfect. But the main reason I would only give this 3 stars is that the button to touch in order to utilize the play/pause and other features, its complicated. Takes me 3-4 tries before I find it and then it activates. The old Galaxy Buds were better in my opinion.
