Great sound, not user friendly

Well they fit just fine in my ear and the sound quality is fantastic. However, I can never figure out what to push to hang up or change the song, etc. Now this may be user issue, but the bud is quite sensitive. Overall it is great item, just not easy.

The instructions were clear and easy to follow, and they sound great. I have small ears and most ear phones I have tried in the past were difficult to use. But these are very comfortable to wear and stayed in place very well. I looked at several kinds, and am very glad I decided to try these. And they are a great value for the price.

Using the Galaxy Wearable app, I can adjust the equalizer and some other options as well. The active noise cancelling doesn't work - maybe it'll be fixed at a different time. I can't tell the difference with it on or off, so I just leave it off. These are really comfortable to wear! And the case is compact and holds a charge well.
