Don't stay in your ears. The touch is super sensitive so I've hung up on people every time I try to keep them from failing out. On the app you can turn off the touch function, but guess what, it resets to touch after the call. So the next time you take a call its back to hanging up with any touch. I keep hoping each update will fix this but no. Don't buy them!

Stay in place during work out, biking, and runs. Very clear. The ambient noise feature is perfect for being aware of your surroundings while still enjoying the music.

Totally unreasonable when I'm not just upgrading, I'm forced to replace defective product.

My only con is that sometimes when im playing music for a while it lowers the volume for like 20 seconds then goes back up. Idk if thats a way of saying ive been playing loud music for too long. Lol

So I got her these and she loves them. They stay in the ears and have great sound. She uses them when working outdoors and has had no issues.
