These are great. Sounds good. My only dislike is they are a little more difficult to get in the ears just right. Don’t have the wings that the buds pro + had, and they’re shaped a little different. Works on my iPhone fine and of course on my Samsung S20+ perfect.

Very comfortable and the quality of the sound is great but sometimes disconnects out of nowhere while I'm on a call and it takes a while to connect back I have to turn of Bluetooth and turn it on like 4 or 5 times for it to connect properly which gets annoying

Honestly, these suck. They worked great for about 6 months. Noise cancellation was awesome. About a year in the left one stopped working and will only sometimes play at full volume. Most of the time it won't make any sound at all or it will be very, very faint. No amount of cleaning or updating has fixed it. 2 years in now and they won't even stay in my ears. I reached out for replacement silicone buds and both Samsung AND Best Buy told me that they don't sell them separately. 2 years in I have a pair of earbuds that *kinda* work and won't stay in my ears while working out. I will never buy these again.

Sound is great, but has fallen out of my ear at times. Battery keeps its charge.

Love the color and they really do offer great sound! They do fall out of my ears sometimes, so I wish the ear piece was a little thicker/cushioned.

Used these while exercising. Never any issue. Great sound and comfortable to wear.

These things are amazing! The 360 audio when watching a movie or video is fantastic. If you are facing the screen and turn your head to the left the sound becomes more prominent in your right ear. Since that ear is now closer to the screen you are watching! Audio for music is also great. I had Galaxy buds plus prior to these. These are far better than the plus.

I've only had these a couple months but so far they are the best pair that Samsung has come out with yet. ...and for that matter probably any company. They are very comfortable and the functionality is probably the best in its class by far....giving multipal options of controls for each earbud. I had the last generation Samsung earbuds+ and they were good but these are much better!!

I've really enjoyed my galaxy buds pro. I had the original galaxy buds and upgraded to these, and was not disappointed. The sound quality is much better in my opinion, the microphones are so much clearer, and active noise cancellation works really well. I find them more comfortable and even without the wing tips, I've had no issues with them fitting in my ears.

I had more than a little hesitation in buying these earbuds, to go with my new S21 Ultra, but these earbuds are fantastic. Pairing them to my phone took less than a minute. The companion app is very user-friendly. The buds are also surprisingly comfortable to wear for extended periods, and I have zero complaints about the sound quality. Excellent purchase and well worth the price.

These are great but I don't think they're worth the upgrade from regular galaxy buds. They are way more money and a lot less comfortable. The sound quality is good they look sleek they're good buds but I think they're way overpriced.

Very nice sound quality but, for my ears, they are not good for working out. They fall out a bit too easily.

I had the galaxy live earbuds and was very VERY!!! apprehensive to get the new earbuds with the new design I can honestly say the bean design was amazing I loved everything about it. Anyways... the Galaxy buds pro are honestly so much better the design looks sleek and the matte finish on the case is absolutely stunning! Now onto the good stuff now for anybody who likes to shower with earbuds in it's great because no water will get into the ears with these on. The sound quality is amazing the noise canceling is A1 i can hardly hear anything with these in the new features are what make these earbuds to die for. Sleeping with these in shouldn't be a problem just make sure you don't have the volume all the way up with a bass song it will ruin your ears... so overall I am satisfied and it was totally worth it don't hesitate for anybody who has the money to spend!

I have used Samsung Ear Buds and Buds+ for over a year. I love them, but there's no noise cancelling. I also use the Sony WF-1000XM3 buds which are the standard for noise cancelling ear buds for me. Buds Pro don't quite measure up to the Sony buds. However, they are smaller and I'm able to wear the Buds Pro as I go to bed. Having music helps me sleep. They have great sound on par with the Sony and Apple Earbuds Pro. Nice rich bass and good volume. They're comfortable when fitted with the right cushions-have not fallen out with movement. Battery life is good.

Amazing audio clarity. The touch controls take some getting used to and they a re a bit touchy (badum tss). Otherwise, these earbuds have great ANC mic quality can be improved. Perfect for loud environments in which you will listen to music, audiobooks or YouTube vids with the screen off. Not meant to replace a Plantronics voice focused headset.

Their solid but my sony xm3s beat them in every way except battery life. Hate the touch controls.

The sound quality is great, and I was very impressed by the noise cancelling part. I've had them for 2 years now and they still hold their charge.

The bass and overall depth of sound put out by these earbuds is 10x better than the regular Galaxy Buds. You really have to hear them to believe them. Best tip I got though was to buy memory foam tips. This way you get much better suction which allows the active noise cancelling to work much better, not to mention overall sound improvement.
