    Hate the fact it doesnt stay in ear!!!

    The sound is crisp but compared to my other buds i lost Samsung bud plus. I hate these because they dont go inside ear like the plus. They feel li ike its slipping out and doesnt feel snug. If i yarn, eat , talk it loosens up and slips out. The design is wrong.

    Ive had them about 6 months now. They did sound great but am about to return them as the left bud won't hold a charge.

    I have used the buds then buds+ and live but with these I experienced ear issues and fluid build up. I thought it was me until I saw all these articles saying people had the same issue. Turns out it's some material in the new headphones on the pros and buds 2. I headed to the Samsung members app and messaged a moderator who refunded me and paid my medical bills.

    Bottom line: they have to stay in your ears! If they can't do that, they are useless. I don't know if I have extremely tiny ears but these buds will not sit in my ears as advertised; the body of the earbud sits outside of my ear canal and takes seconds before falling out. I have tried everything, swapped out the tips, tried to rotate them in as recommended; the only thing I have not done is purchased a third-party adapter to try and make them work. I refuse to buy something to force these buds to do the only thing they were designed to do in the first place. Ear buds go in your ears, Samsung. This is a huge problem and they are going back.

    Stop working

    2/5/2022. I brought these the first of the year. They sound amazing. They stop working after a month. The fit can be uncomfortable and they will start to fall out of your ear. I will be taking then back to be fixed.

    The sounds is the the only upside to these ear buds. I attempted to run/exercise in them and I spent most of the time catching them as they fell out of my ears. I would not recommend this product

    Be careful of allergic reaction

    I have a set of these which i use from everything to working out to my regular job but after a few weeks of using it. They caused an allergic reaction in my ear to the point that I can no longer use them. This is a well known problem so be very careful. There is a lawsuit about this.

    Have owned for months and I’m just done. These work and sound great if I’m just wandering around my apartment with my phone in my pocket. Though the second I leave my home, I’m inundated with interference, audio de-sync between the units, and frequent disconnects unless I have my phone directly next to my face. That’s obviously not acceptable. I regret “upgrading” from the previous Galaxy Buds Plus. Those weren’t perfect either, but they weren’t reduced to $200 earplugs the second I decide to go out anywhere.

    Definitely not worth it and caused skin reaction

    I'm glad I kept my buds+. These don't sound any better than Buds+. The touch interaction is EXTREMELY flakey. Tap three times and one out 10 times it'll registers as three taps; most times it'll register as 2, sometimes only as 1. Touch response is laggy as well. Worst of all is that whatever material the ear cushions are made of has caused a skin reaction in my ears. I've never had any type of skin allergy to anything in my life. Thanks for the wasted money and personal discomfort, Samsung.

    In all honesty I couldn't get a good fit with this product. I changed the tips and was never able to get a good fit. Constantly falling out of my ear.

    Great sound bad fit

    The isolation and ambient noise is super powerful and cool, but they hurt my ears on because how bulky they are. Im probably going to return these.

    Don't buy. If the case falls even 12 inches, the buds go flying. Left bud already dead after three weeks with this issue. Buy from another company that has a more secure case.

    Paired with Samsung Ultra 22

    Returning after 2 days; inbound sound is delightful however nobody can hear me no matter the setting during calls and i use them alot for talking. Very disappointing. I really wanted to be consistent with the Samsung brand thinking they would be my best choice but not so much. If I have to spend an extra $50 to upgrade to the Pro that would be crazy and I'm not doing it.
