Always has great sound. Works how they should, unlike other brands.

I purchased these for a father's day gift for my son. He had a pair before. Its been it seems like at least a year and 1/2 ago. He found out the hard way about always keeping up with the case and lost it. So I got him another one. He says the sound is the best he's heard with ear buds, it's a plus you can use on phone app. The only thing that seems to drop the star level is that the battery seemed to need charging sooner than the previous pair. The fit is comfortable also.

Blocks out noise and can hear clearly and loud. Would definitely recommend.

I got these to replaced the buds+. I read some reviews that talked about concerns with the fit but looking at the specs I decided I'd give them a shot. For $200 they should have a comfortable fit. I found that these not only pop-out when doing anything other than just sitting but if you do manage to keep them in, your ears start hurting. Best advise I can give: dont waste your money and wait for the next iteration or stick with the buds+. Samsung had great promise on these but dropped the ball on the fit. In the end I returned them after 4 weeks.

They are good. They dont get very loud though. That is my only complaint.

They have good sound and the app is very user friendly. It has been hard to get them to stay in my ears when working out.

I love the sound quality but I can't keep them in my ears to save my life. They fall out every where and all of the time

I wish you can change thin insert like on other headphone because these are definitely not one size fit all and you you want know that to you first put them on kind of uncomfortable for the price.

Great sound output love when someone talks and the music it goes down

I have other earbuds that I love for one reason or another. But three things put these over the top for me: 1. I always have one ear that the bud just will not fit right or comfortably. Not the case with these. They fit snuggly and comfortably in both ears. 2. The ambient mode is amazing. I forget they are in my ears when I'm on the go. Also, the voice detect feature is pretty cool. 3. The sound is amazing with plenty of clear bass response. Also, changing from ambient to noise-canceling doesn't affect the sound. Please note: I get OK battery life because I love using the ambient mode. About 4 hours on a full charge. You'll get more if you turn this mode off. Also, when in ambient mode, you can hear your own voice depending on how you set the sensitivity. That may be weird for some if you have extensive conversation. But it doesnt bother me.

These headphones are great. The sound is crisp! You won’t be disappointed.
