They just do not stay in my ears. I've tried all the ear pieces that come in the box but they keep falling out instantly. Hopefully Samsung or someone makes some better fitting accessories so I can use them soon. Glad I bought them for almost half price...

Good sound quality, but very uncomfortable

The sound quality is great, no complaints there, and that's the only reason I gave it two stars and not one. But the design is bulky and uncomfortable. Why were the wingtips removed? The buds keep falling out of my ears, and changing the rubber tips doesn't help it. These headphones should be an improvement from the original buds, which fit perfectly and and have a low profile, but instead they're bulkier buds that point out of your beanie or fall off inside a hoodie due to friction, and just plainly hurt after a while of wearing them. Yeah they have great sound, but what does it help if I can't tolerate them in my ears. For $199, I certainly would expect more.

Let me start off by saying I'm 1 of the few that don't like earbuds. I hate the suction on my ear. I decided to try them though. They paired to my Galaxy S21 Ultra with 0 issues. It was quick and simple. My issue, which makes these unusable is that they keep moving in my ear and the second I try to adjust, it pauses or skips whatever I'm listening to. Everything else is fine.
