Got these as a gift. They're okay but they have fallen out of my ears more than once. The sound quality is good, not great. I'm sticking with my Bose buds; superior sound.These will probably wind up in the drawer that I keep random cords and old phones in.

Garbage. They fall out of your years and good luck finding them when they bounce off the ground and go hide and seek mode. Also touch buttons on the headset gets activated when you open/close your mouth, like when you're chewing something.. Very annoying. And when you try to adjust them in your ear to make sure you're not losing them, you end up pausing or changing volume via the touch buttons. Microphone picks up alot of noise and makes you sound very distant. Case very slippery and hard to use with one hand. Not very well designed. Not worth the high price.

Too bulky in the ear and falls out a lot. I think they can be a bit smaller.

They cause ear issues, they're painful to wear and cause gross ear problems, flaky skin and discharge. Im not the first person to exprerience this. I covered the charging terminals on the earbuds with a tiny bandaid and the problem stopped. Im not sure if its an issue with the metal or of they are sending a current through the skin. Im going to look into getting a refund because they are unwearable. Other than that, they're great. Noise cancelling works and the sound quality is good. Too bad they make my ears leak.

I love them! They're very comfortable. The sound and the quality is absolutely great, definitely highly recommended.

They're good, but I wish they were like the IconX and could save music on the buds like the iconX buds

Gave it 2 stars because sound is good. Battery life is terrible...3 hrs at best. They don't fit in the case with ear tips, so I have to put them on each time...very annoying. For $100+ these problems should not exist. Very disappointed, Samsug products seem to be going up in cost and down in quality.

Connectivity is good. I love that it lowers the volume once you start talking. The only issue is the fit. The earbuds keep falling out of my ear when i smile or laugh. It may just be the shape.

Amazing sound, I love the voice/noise cancellation options!! I owned this pair of earbuds for a month and my only complain is the earbuds keep falling out of my ear. I tried all three earbuds tip and still keep falling.

Great quality and comfortable to wear as well. The music, voice calls quality is crisp and clear.

Really good earbuds i use them for workouts and for work but the ANC isnt the best hopefully an updaye can fix that
