They constantly come off and get stuck in your ears; you need a hemostat to get them out! Poor design on Samsung's part. My family owns quite a few different models of the Samsung earbuds and these are by far inferior to the others.

Great sound quality during calls and listening to music. I really like the nouse canceling feature with voice detection. My only complaint is that they do get a little uncomfortable when i wear them for more than an hour, but i have small ears so this has always been an issue for me with any in-ear headphones I've worn.
