Very durable, noise canceling and pass through come in handy. Audio quality is decent but not top notch for category. Recently accidentally ran through whole washer cycle, case and both earbuds still work as they did after drying.

Best buy was easy shopping, your associates are very knowledgeable. I would recommend my freinds to this best buy.

I found it sad when i needed to replace my buds+. Sometimes newer models are not as comfortable. Good product but for me the buds+ had a better fit/feel.

While the sound quality was improved the wear quality was a set back. They have fallen out my ears more times in a month than my other pair of Samsung buds did in the 6- 7 months I own the other pair.

I bought these for my wife. They're decent and have a few more features than her old "Buds+" earbuds, but she said they don't fit in her ears as good.

They sound amazing. The noise cancellation works great. One star missing due to the static that comes through once in a while. Other than that, i feel like they are the ones to beat.

Falls out of ear too often even with adjusting caps. The case flap is loose. Quality of sound is great Samsung is slacking on quality here

I've had these for a few days and I think they're great. They're comfortable and produce excellent sound. I do have concerns about if you have a sweaty workout that they'll fall out, but I'll dress that later if it's an issue. Ultimately, so far so good, great quality, great sound albeit a tad expensive.

I enjoyed changing my earbuds(14 days from purchase) till i found the right choice. Enjoying them month later.

The sound quality was good but they do not stay put in your ears. I couldn't imagine spending this amount of money and having the product not feel secure.

Great quality, durable, easy to use, and pretty. The case has survived multiple drops. Although, I did have to get them replaced, because the case would no longer charge.

Be forwarned about the ear pods. As many other people have reported, they do not stay in your ears. The older ones had a fin that would lock them in. These, not so much. After viewing videos by samsung, they still fall out. In the process of trying to secure them in my ear. They scratched my ear canals in such a way. I have now had 2 ear infections due to these. $200 worth of medical bills, and $200 worth of medication. I am a big fan of Samsung products, but buy these at your expense and they may be just like mine.

Best quality earbud I have ever used! These are amazing and the sound canceling is terrific! These also have an option where if you start talking it will actually bring out the ambient noise so you can hear who your talking to and carry a conversation without ever having to remove them from your ear!

comparable to the apple branded competitor but for android, to does fall out of my ear easier though, the same ease of use as apple has but for android devices
