One of the buds mic got damaged after 2 - 3 months of use. Never got them wet or dropped. All of the sudden during calls the right side bud's mic stopped working properly. Every time I use it, people cannot understand me clearly. The other bud works perfectly fine, but it sucks that after a couple months I lose flexibility to switch one bud to another after the battery died during a phone call because of this issue. A replacement bud from Samsung costs more than the actual product. Waste of money imo.

Great wireless ear buds. Had them for over a year and never had any issues. Unfortunately I have to buy a new pair b/c I washed/dried the case and buds inside. To my surprise the ear buds still work but the case no longer holds a charge. Great product!

Although these Buds are very high quality, for me, they have a very serious design flaw. If you don't mind rolling a $100 down the sidewalk, they're fine. However, no matter what size bud from smallest to largest, and no matter what way I positioned them in my ear, one would eventually fall out! One I had to chase down a slanted sidewalk! Since I have used them, I haven't tried to return them. Instead, I purchased a set of POWERBEAT Pros which have a design that won't allow them to fall out and are very comfortable.

I bought these a gift for my mom for mothers day. She loves them and it was easy for her to set herself.

Love the quality and clarity most of the time but the left one tends to stop working and play feedback into your ear at random times..

These are some great earbuds for any type of occasion

I use to have the galaxy bud+ before the Pros, I love the smaller case and the reverse charging in case my ever lasting s22 ultra goes low on battery, which it rarely does. The microphone and speakers are very clear and fits in the ears nicely

Sound quality is good, active noise cancellation isn't too great and the headphones fall out of my ears when eating or working out.

Samsung has never disappointed and this pair is great.

These are good ear buds. Pair qick and seamlessly with the Samsung S22 Ultra. Ambient feature is great. And the noise canceling is pretty good as well.

Much easier to secure lost 2 sets because they fell out of case .Excellent clarity very content with them.

Simply the best. Tried de pro's, and they wouldn't fit as good as this ones, tried the beat pro's, and they stopped working after a month. These ones are Beautiful, stylish and confortable.

Really like these paired with my Galaxy S21. Appreciate the APP program, and ways to maximize sound. Everyone's ear shape is slightly different... these can work their way out of your ear after about 10 minutes. Outside of this, sound is excellent.

Great earbuds. My ears are difficult and i never had luck with these types of earbuds fitting properly. They tend to fall out all the time. These ear buds fit well. I am happy with my purchase. They charge aleasy and last a long time on a single charge.

these things are amazing i put the noise canceling on and my wife instantly stops talking its the greatest thing ever. when i want to be snoop i can turn the ambient noise on extreme and i can hear my neighbors going to town or just having a good domestic.

Really good earbuds I switch back to Samsung a few months ago from apple. I regret even changing, earbuds are great love the noise cancelling. Only thing is if I waited a few months longer I could of gotten the pro 2's!
