I lost my Bose Earbuds and bought these as a replacement. I am satisfied.

Technology is top notch... i cant say that enough. Great one from samsung.

I really don't like them very much don't fit in my ear very well and turns on options when I don't touch them. Sound quality is good but comfort is low.

I like these earbuds. At first, I thought they were not going to stay in my ears, but trust the process. If you're using the right size tips for your ear canal, the buds will stay in. Sometimes it takes a little while to ensure the right fit. Walk around the house, jump up and down, shake your head. One thing I also notice about these in comparison to the old buds is that the pro's connect stronger to my Samsung Watch and the bluetooth connection does not become distorted while walking/running.

Good earbuds with interesting galaxy features, reasonable microphone for phone calls also, the best ear buds can't be used if you can't answer the phone also.

I feel that the headphones are a very good quality. Compared to the Sony headphones that are a lot more expensive they are much better quality. Since they are galaxy headphones they don’t have an app for iPhone and the guy at Best Buy did not tell me that. I ended up returning them at the Best Buy on Mississippi Avenue and I 225! I have to say that the return experience was very horrific and the people that were working there were rude. The girl that helped me with my return was very mean and not helpful and unfriendly. I have had quite a few terrible experiences at the Best Buy on Mississippi Avenue and I 225! I definitely would not recommend buying anything from this Best Buy. I have had mini mini terrible customer service experiences at this place. The headphones are a great value and Have a very good sound quality but I would not suggest them if you have an iPhone because the app does not work and many of the features are useless. I definitely would not suggest buying anything from the Best Buy on Mississippi Avenue and I 25. I wish they would be a little bit more friendly and I has bothered me that they are not and I have spent a lot of money at this place.

As far as truly wireless ear buds go, these have been pretty awesome.

They sound really great and the fit is perfect really good job Samsung plus pairing was simple as well .

I don't know if I received a defective item or if Samsung is not good with ear buds. I have used Samsung monitors for years, and believe the monitors to be the best around, but these ear buds did not work. I returned them and purchased the Bose Buds instead. The Bose Buds rock and have the best sound of any blue tooth head phones I ever had.

Good headphones but right and left ear fitting feel different. Not compatible with certain apps requiring microphone and speaker both,

Seem to fit well. Have issues with the touch functions but probably because I'm old and not super tech savvy

Love these buds! Sound is fantastic and they stay in your ear really well. Using the Samsung Wearables app you can really customize the noise cancellation and their sound. Battery life isn't bad but you just need to toss them in the case to charge them up.

I purchase the Samsung earbuds for my son as an upgrade from the second model ones. He loves Samsung and they work great. Sound is also good.

Best Samsung buds ever...…..everything about this buds is on point

When exposed to direct sunlight for five or ten minutes they will start beeping until you remove them to cool, which is definitely NOT cool sine I bought them for a beach vacation.

Good earbuds, but overpriced considering the Active noise canceling is not very good. Save $100 and buy the cheaper ones. They have less battery life but don't charge extra for ANC that doesn't work.

True good sound and noise cancellation very similar to any competitor. But for the price this is a superb quality earbuds. If you need to use them actively for more than 8 hours at a time look elsewhere.

Purchased for my 13 yr old daughter, she likes the old style better for how they fit and stay in ears, these are better for sound quality

I switched from iphone to galaxy recently and decided to switch my airpods to these. I love them and they fit and stay in my ears so well. The noise cancelling feature is amazing and the purple color is beautiful.
