I switched from Apple. Samsung's technology is getting better, so I hope other people use it as well. Lastly, thank you to Best Buy who kindly sells these products.

Mediocre at best...

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is my forth sat of Galaxy buds, always buying the latest highest end version, one or both so working within a few months, and when I have to almost immediately have to replace them or update them they cancel the warranty I paid a lot for so our didn't apply to the replacement. Totally unreasonable when I'm not just upgrading, I'm forced to replace defective product.

They stay in my ear when working out with no problem. They produce great sound and it was very easy to connect them. I use these along with my other Samsung earbuds.
