Dont smile, or move...

The other ear, constantly adjusting to keep it in. The sound quality is excellent and the noise canceling is great. The controls are easy enough. The darn things just dont want to stay in my ears. Ive watched the videos, etc. Nothing helps.

They have great sound quality when talking on the phone. Music quality is ok. It really cuts outside noise. I usually only wear one so I can still hear my surroundings.

I also have the Galaxy Buds+ which are good, but these Buds Pro are about 50% BETTER than them! Very loud, very clear, reproduces the music perfectly!

Ive been using them for a few weeks now and they have only fallen out a few times when ive accidently hit them with my hand. I love that you can play a loud tone out of them to find a dropped bud and i love that you can wear them independently, as i only use one at a time on my job sites. Sound quality is decent but not quite up to par with other cheaper neckband style bluetooth headphones that ive used (like the LG Tone series) and the batteries only last around 4 or 5 hours (again compared to the neckband style which usually last the entire day) I think the price point is a little high for the sound quality

Great sound quality. The ambient sound mode and noise cancelling both work very well. Highly recommend
