I'm traditionally an Apple user. The fit was uncomfortable, and I was constantly cleaning them (the sheen on the outside always looked dirty). Ultimately, I went back to all Apple!

This is because the device does not sit well in your ears and in effort to make the device stay in your ear, as soon as you touch the device, your call is discontinued. You can't chew or shake your head while using this device because it does not stick to your ear.
