I finally took the plunge on getting earpods. Kim was amazing and helped me pick the galaxy pro to be more compatible for my phone. I absolutely love them and have had no issues. I purchased the warranty again hoping to not have to use it. Thank you for restoring my faith in best buy with your amazing, kind and patient employees.

They are currently charging and i do not have further information other than the lavender color is very nice. First, the included tips are very uncomfortable and will slip out easily. They don't stay connected and require resetting, which means take them out and put them back in the case for 10+ seconds. They also don't recognize that they are in my ears and I have to do the reset 5 or 6 times before they both recognize they are in my ears. Until they do decide they are in my ears, ANC and ambient modes don't work. Samsung support has been a joke. They should replace these as they are still under warranty. They won't do that. They want them to be sent to a service center which will take 2-3 weeks. Completely unacceptable. Save your money on these pieces of junk.
