Just get the previous models

They also seem to have a weaker battery. All the new functions are pretty nice but I don't think they warrant the price.

Failed earbud, failure Samsung

Even after updating firmware, and troubleshooting it with various online guides. Only hope now is to check with manufacturer. Audio quality was great while it lasted and external audio pass through is an ingenious design. But I did find the battery to be lacking in some departments Overall dairy upset with the lack of durability of these earbuds as well as how long they lasted for especially for over $200

They constantly fall out. Doesn't matter if it's the small, medium or large ear tips, they will fall out of your ears.
