I can't understand all these great reviews. Unless my phone is in my hand the Bluetooth connection is horrendous. Can't even walk with with my phone in my pocket and stay connected.

My husband loves these when he’s working out. He stated the noise control level is more than what he was looking for compared other high end ear buds. He stated as he sweats, they stay in his ear canal.

Unfortunately, they do not stay in my ear so I have stopped using them. They work great, but I'm disappointed that I paid that much money for them and don't use them. I was tired of chasing them on the floor. My husband has a pair and uses them daily. I don't know what the difference is between our ears that he doesn't have a problem, but I do.

I would never buy these again. They gave me an ear infection. Apparently this is a known issue and a lot of people are having the same problem. Samsung has known about this since the second model they made even before starting with the pro line. They use some kind of an alloy that a whole lot of people are allergic to in their buds. I literally gave this away.

The sound is amazing but the charging cradle is faulty. Needs to be recharged almost daily on 1 or 2 ear bud charges

Sounded great with cool features. Found the hard plastic to be ubcomfortable after more than 20 minutes. Ended up returning them

Don't stay in, so disappointed, especially for $200, good sound but even with the smallest tips, they fall out.

I found these buds not to be a good fit for my ears. Also on phone calls people say my background noise is to loud. I had to take back for refund.

Good fit and sound. Not compatible across platforms so you can’t use the noise cancelling without their app.

Good quality though the high frequencies are kind of scratchy for me, overall good headphones, fair battery life - could’ve been better

Something is wrong with the earbuds, the right earbud will power down after about 30 minutes to one hour. The only way to get them to work properly, is to forget the device and reinstall… until this happens again, then same thing… forget device and reinstall ! This didn’t begin happening until about three months after first using them. However, the sound quality is awesome.

Stay away from these earbuds if you can, read the reviews online first. First time I got an ear infection from any earbuds. I had to go through the ringer to get my money back from Samsung. And Yes I clean my ears...LOL, It's disappointing because this was the first bad product I've had from Samsung. The connection to my phone and watch was seamless, I just had to return them and go for a sony pair.

I bought these for my wife, because I have never bought her anything since we got married, because she’s very picky. I figured she’s into her phone a lot, that these would be a perfect gift. She was so happy . Now I don’t have to hear her big mouth.

The sound is nice, but they didn't fit well. They did not stay in my ears. I switched from the medium to the small head, but that didn't make any difference. I can use them sitting in the family room, since it would be easier to find them if they fall out; however, out-of-doors, they would be lost. I bought them for outdoor use.

I got these for my android user partner for Valentines Day and he loves them! Personally, I highly dislike that there is not a matte version. The metallic shine is kind of ridiculous looking.

I hate these, can not get them to stop falling out of my ears!!! I would never tell anyone to buy these. Definitely not worth the price

I purchased the Samsung Galaxy Bud Pro, because I remain a faithful user of the Samsung brand. I use the Buds while cycling and weight training; I enjoy the product, and the holder/charger is an added plus. I would have preferred a different color, but the only item in the store was silver.

Horrible, horrible earbuds! I was a big fan of the galaxy ear buds, and now this galaxy buds pro version is so much worse. The original ear buds fit in my ear, never hurt, and never fall out. These new earbuds are an oval shape and will actually hurt the inside of my ear where it fits, also if I'm listening to music it will somewhat stay in, but if I'm moving my jaw (talking or chewing) then these ear buds fall out. And before you even think of saying anything I am using the proper tip size and have tried all the sizes it does not matter which one you use this thing is designed so poorly i'm shocked how bad it is when the original were so good. I'm mad that i wanted past the return policy time period because i had been busy and not got the chance to use them now i'm stuck with them its a loss for me.
