Uncomfortable and too big

I couldn't get it to fit properly without it falling off or hurting. Finally after 3 weeks of trying to make it work, I exchanged it for the Buds 2.

Oh if you pay for geek squad you can get better service and treatment but not if you don't. What if you can't afford it?
