I tried changing the tips, every position suggested, and I watched every instruction video. Nothing helped. After a week I ended up bruising both my ears.

NOT meant for exercising!!

I just bought these yesterday and I was so excited. I put them last night to watch tv on my iPad, the right earbud just kept falling off. I took them to run this morning they fell out three times. Either my ears are too small or these were not meant for head movement. Returning ASAP.
