I've had these buds for almost a year, and they keep getting worse. When i first bought them. They were perfect. I could use the ambient sound setting in one ear. Now i can't. Plus they sometimes become very staticie. I'm not happy! I wouks like to trade these in, see if it is that. Maybe i got a bad pair.

I do not care for these earbuds. I can’t seem to get them to stay in securely even after trying all the sizes. Also, I seem to get an ear infection after using them and have read that is a common issue. I would not recommend these.

Best earbud style headphones I've used

Samsung's Galaxy Buds Pro are excellent, noise canceling earbud headphones that are especially great for Android users who are active. I paired mine with a Galaxy S20+ phone. These are compact even in their charging case, which is tiny. I had no trouble with calls. Pros: --Solid noise canceling. Not quite on par with good on/over ear noise canceling headphones (and I wouldn't have expected them to be), but far better than I expected. I like the configuration options in the app. -Good fit: I've had earbud style headphones before that feel perpetually like they are going to fall out. The medium tips (the default, small and large included as well) fit perfectly. Given how these are aimed for use in an active lifestyle, you don't want that anxiety with them. These were also comfortable for extended wear. -Water resistance. -No issues with lip sync on video. The latency is low enough that I had no lip sync issues when watching videos online with Netflix, Disney+, and Youtube. There is a gaming mode, but since I don't have Bluetooth on my gaming machine, I did not test this. Gaming on Android should be fine though. -Lots of options in the easy to use app. Some headphone configuration apps I've used are a maze of confused, unintuitive menus. The Galaxy Wearables app had everything up front, clearly labeled and easy to use. --Overall good sound quality. Earbuds like this have a "in your head" feeling to sound that's pretty much unavoidable given their position in the ear, but I was pleased with the sound quality. The default equalization is pretty lively with a treble and bass seemingly turned up, but the app gives multiple equalization options. I found this pretty good across a variety of music, from pounding AC/DC, some classic Elton John, and the quiet cello of dall'Abaco's Capriccio No. 1. Negatives: --So-so battery life. But it does offer a quick charge feature. It's enough battery life for most people, but I don't think it's going to get through an entire workday by any means or a long flight without topping off. --Touch controls just a bit finicky and easy to trigger when adjusting. I've found this generally to be true for any headphone, of any type, that had touch controls. These aren't bad though, and since they fit well, I fussed with them less than others to begin with. --Although platform agnostic, the app is only Android. No surprise on the lack of iOS, but given Samsung's status as a PC manufacturer as well, a Windows app would be nice as well. The vast majority of users will be Android though, so no problem there. Bottom line: These are a great choice, especially for active Android users, in that they sound good, are well-built and comfortable, are water resistant, and have a pretty decent noise canceling feature. Samsung tops off the experience with a capable and useful app. Only the battery life could be better, but for most people, I think it'll do just fine. Recommended.

While these were cute and had cool colors to choose from, they kept falling out of my ears even after changing to the smallest size ear piece. Adjusting them in my ears made them think I was skipping or pausing the song so they’re super sensitive too.

These are certainly (in my opinion) the best sounding Galaxy buds, and i have owned every single version, with the exception of buds live. but the EAR PAIN! not a comfortable wear. my ears are not small either. just not a fan. get the bud2.. way better feel and not far off in sound dept.

They probably work really well for Samsung but NOT for an Apple device. Aside from not having all the functions accessible for iPhones, the quality isn’t great for iPhones and Apple products. It’s just because of the way it’s programmed. My AirPods work better.

For some reason they designed the hole to be oval instead of circular and it ends up hurting your hearing just minutes after using them. I was very disappointed. Cheap built buds. I had to return them.
