The right earbud stopped working so I had to return them back to the store! Very disappointing since I really enjoyed them. I wound up re-using my old Samsung earbuds that are still working!

They’re reminiscent of corded buds that just seem to fit well in the ear versus more recent designs like the Jabra that feel like they’re consuming your ear. 1. Sound quality - definitely up to par albeit if you don’t have them fully seated they definitely sound a little tinny. Seating them more deeply into the ear (and thus properly allowing them to noise cancel) deepens the sound and properly fitted they have a fairly rich tonality. I wouldn’t put them up as the best I’ve heard in this type of design but a solid 4 of 5. The bass response was fairly deep and while they couldn’t replicate the range of over-the-ear headphones they came close. You could detect the lower notes in a song like Promises by Nero but just slightly missed the undulating deepest bass tones. 2. Noise canceling/ambient sound- noise canceling was great and I could hardly hear people around me speaking when ambient wasn’t turned on. Ambient noise at a medium made things fairly intelligible. Extra high ambient noise introduced a fairly loud hissing noise so definitely not for use unless you’re really trying to amplify the sound of something. Overall I really enjoy these headphones. Using the Android Galaxy wearable app you can make EQ adjustments as well as turning on ambient noise. There didn’t seem to be an equivalent IPhone app which makes sense as they’re made to go along with the Galaxy phones.

However, after a couple of weeks (11 Days), my left ear bud has been having a static noise in it despite being in Noise Cancelation Mode. This is apparently a wide spread issue with the headphones and the only resolution given is sending in the buds for repair. However, many people have done that and the issue wasn't fixed. Even after having their devices replaced, the newer pair even experienced this issue. It's a shame to be honest because they're a decent headphones but for hundreds of dollars, this is unacceptable.

Pain and irritation in my ears

I thought because of the price $$$ and brand name that these were going to be the best earbuds I've ever owned. But I was totally FOOLED. And if I could return them I would. The 1st earbuds made are better than these hands down.
