Not worth the money, battery life is extremely short and the contact points on earbuds were sharp and cut my ears. Very disappointed, went back to buds+

Horrible..uncomfortable fit. Not at all happy with the sound quality. Slip out easily.. i went over a bump and they slipped out. Um just not for me!

Bought samsung pro ear buds for hearing loss. they work some for assistance but sounds are often followed by tinnitus in the background making it difficult to hear things

These fall out the ear very easy if you don't pay attention they will be loss

They do not stay in the case. You can easily loose them. They will fall out so easily. I dont know why they have a key ring.

Poor fit, fall out with normal use. Have never had an issue with samsung buds but these are a poor design.

Very disappointed. After several generations of Galaxy Buds, I returned these because they would not stay in my ears, no matter what I did.

If you have the option, buy the new Buds2 Pro. Many improvements over this first gen product, bass being the biggest for me.

BEST BUY SUCKS!!! I bought and paired these for my ordered phone. Since i was waiting for the phone and didnt activate these my phone was entirely cancelled and left with just these buds that are useless with a new phone. Best Buy says well computer glitches happen . My phone is not available now. No solution or replacement rendered. O well your just out of luck dog. Best Buy Sucks Shop elsewhere United States. They sound good but what i did not like was that the lid from the charging case feels very loose and wiggly

The samsung buds pro keeping falling out from my ears. I tried all the different ear tips.

The sound was amazing I loved all of the features but they were so uncomfortable and kept falling out. I am returning these.

Did not like the sound and the fit. Returned them for a different par of earbuds.

Has interference,they fall out from your ears if you are doing exercise.

I have bought cheap wireless ear headphones in the past and of course they did not meet my expectations so when i upgraded and bought the new galaxy pro buds i had high expectations and was excited about my purchase! Unfortunately for the price paid and the fact that they continually fall out of my ears and that i can not get the noise canceling feature to work in one ear i am not satisfied with my purchase and it is past my return date so im kinda stuck with them. If not for these major issues i would say they are a decent product with expected sound quality. I just expected more for the price. They do hold a good charge and i love the fact that you can use one ear bud at the time tho and they look super cool. I have tried multiple different ear pieces and sizes and i still have not been able to stop the issues im having. I love Samsung just not this product. Will update if i can find a way to fix these issue otherwise 3 stars it is.

Right off the bat: the product looks and sounds great but my review copy had blank pages for the instructions/manual. I loved the packaging. It smelled of Samsung quality. But then came the surprise: blank pages neatly folded in place of the manual. I am tech savvy. I knew how to handle a new headphone without instructions. But I did an experiment and roped in my mom for a trial. She had no clue. She is the average older housewife. A good consumer with money but without any specific inclination for tech. She knows Samsung. She loves Samsung. But she struggled. There are no physical buttons. You cannot use bluetooth without the app. Without any prompts she just could do nothing with the earbuds. Major points off, Samsung. Not good. You are talking about a consumer (my mom) who has spent thousands of dollars on your products and this episode was a failure on your part. Having said all that, here are the other points I want to make: Packaging and Looks: 5 stars. The black is awesome. Finishing is top notch. You know you are spending for quality. Usability: Normally, 5 stars. With the blank manual: 2 stars. The Wearables app does the job. Connection through the app was seamless. The equalizer function and voice detect are all great. Active noise cancellation is as good as it gets for these kind of earbuds. I loved the ambient sound effects. Go 75%...my advice. The effects are quite sonorous. The phone call reception and usability felt flawless from my experience. There is a Game Mode on the app that I have not had the chance to tinker with. The volume and call control taps work quick. Battery life is around 5 hours alright. Overall, this is a good buy. The app gets updated from time to time and more functionalities can be added, I think.

You can't use the anc without the app, the app has ABSURD permissions requirements. Returning the same day. Just pairing with them from a Galaxy S21, there are options for anc and turn off touch control (required for me) and they refuse to work unless you do it through the alarmingly over-invasive app. I just want to listen to music, without uploading the entire contents of my phone to some giant corporation, is that so much to ask???
