    I hate these earbuds!!! They are the second or third pair I buy, and each time was under the impression that they are the priciest that Samsung has got to offer, then they surely must be the best. No, they are the priciest but the worse in quality. I do not recommend them at all. You cannot hear clearly, and people have an awful time hearing you back.

    Only had a little while and have to take back. They cut in and out and shut off by themselves.

    Not entirely happy, buds do charge correctly they have pairing problems. They are going to be replaced within the next week.

    Less than 1 year old and the right bud stopped charging and will no longer recognize it being in the ear.

    Horrible, apparently i have an allergic reaction to the tips to the point of needing prescription drops for my ear infection. Of course I find this all over the internet that this is a problem samsung wont take care of, and I'm past being able to return them.

    I had to return because my ears are really small and the adjustable ear plugs didn’t work. But beautifully made.

    Not what I expected. I returned the item and got my refund. To synchronized with my lap top, iPad and phone. It required a lot of my personal information. I just wanted to use it to hear music and watch movies and not to be interview for my information. Why does it need access to my pictures on my phone?

    The music quality is terrible, the noise cancelling is terrible and the highs are horrendous. My battery life never got close to the advertised time, even with all of the features turned off. I would not reccomend spending 190 on these; go buy the galaxy buds plus, they are a night and day difference.
