The keep losing signal. Otherwise i like the ear buds.

I'm very disappointed in the sound quality. Ask the reviews say great sound quality. You've got to be kidding me. They have almost no bass whatsoever. My $40 skullcandies sound way better. I'm taking these back.

I returned these due to poor quality sound. There was some distortion to the sound, not all the time, but enough in one day to return them for something else. I had hoped these would be great, but very disappointed.

I really really really wanted to love these. From the seamless bluetooth pairing, to the sound being excellent and the best ambient I have ever experienced. Sounds good right? I was sold on these until I went out for a 3 mile walk and they kept falling out of my ears. I tried all of the different ear shape pieces that comes with the headphones and none of them stopped this issue. I really miss the piece of rubber from the last galaxy buds that provided a more solid fit. Not a deal breaker until I realized while on the phone during my walk if one of the buds was on the verge of popping out, the second I lay a finger on the bud it hangs up on the person I am talking too. Even though on the app I have BLOCK ALL TOUCHES turned on. This happened to me multiple times and decided that I had to return them. Major flaw that really broke my heart because like I stated earlier I really loved these. Hopefully the next version stays in the ear better.

Just turned them on wasn't even on Youtube they just made a ear piercing screech without me playing any audio or touching the earbuds. Would like to return these for full price.

These quit working about 3 weeks after I purchased them in August 2022..only 1 side works. Im sure they are warranted by Samsung but still sold to me by Best Buy.

I have to say these earbuds are just average for the price. They do have higher end features such as active noise cancelling, ambient sound, and touch controls, but the sound is not that impressive. I have a pair of Google's Pixel Buds and they actually sound a lot better. While those are not perfect, for me, the most important thing is sound quality. These aren't bad, but they're not as good as I expect for this price range. They do have some control over sound through the Samsung Galaxy Wear app, but they are preset (i.e. bass boost, treble boost, flat, etc.). For me, the ambient sound is weird. There was the ability to change the effect between basically, low, medium, and high, but with a recent update, that is gone and it's basically low or high now. I don't like it and have stopped using it. I can see it being really useful, but it's either too low or too loud for me. Active Noise cancelling is available as well, but honestly, I can't tell when it's on or off... Doesn't seem to make a difference for me. I will say that they do fit well in my ear and stay in place pretty good. They are comfortable enough to wear for hours. However, the battery will probably die before they become uncomfortable. Having active noise cancelling on really henders the battery life. I can get only a few hours out of them when that's active and I'm using them for music and phone calls while working. So for me, if they were like half the price, they would probably be a pretty good deal. But for what they are asking for them right now (around $200), I'd spend that money elsewhere.

For some reason gave me an ear infection had to back to my old one that are not wireless hence why i bout these. and even with noise canceling i can still hear background . ill stick to bose.

Writing a bad review about the Samsung product just because I don’t like Samsung because they make their stuff from cheap materials and me I’m a rich guy I don’t need that cheap stuff in my life!

Testing these out after having tested others, they worked great, sound was of great qaulity. My biggest issue is the fit, it felt like they reached deep into my ear at times. Made several adjustments and it may just be me that had the issue, but it felt like I was reaching for my brain at times. Otherwise really enjoyed another Samsung product that works very well with their products.

They eat buds are not up to par they come in and out and the people on the other side can’t understand much of what I’m saying to the point I have to disconnect and use the phone directly.

Returned these due to me thinking they were all white like air pods but these have a shiny silver area the sticks out didnt bot like the look also give me wet ears

The Samsung Galaxy Pro True Wireless Earbuds in my opinion are the best wireless ear buds that you can buy today. The design of these earbuds is much different than one of the major competitors on the market however this design leads to a much better secure fit in the ear. In the box you will find the earbuds in the charging case a USB C charging cable and 3 different size earbuds that allow you to find the optimal fit. It is definitely important for you to get these to fit properly so that you can truly experience the brilliance of the active noise cancelling and Ambient sound features. You can only access these advanced features if your are using an Android phone that is currently running Android 7 or higher and has 1.5 gb of RAM. I had no issues in connecting the earbuds to 2 different Android devices and I was easily able to access the advanced features via the Galaxy Wearable app. Connecting the earbuds to my other devices was also easy via the device Bluetooth settings on each device. Sound quality is in my opinion far greater than some other "pro" earbuds on the market and you can definitely tell that these are high quality AKG tuned speakers. The 11mm woofers truly bring out the bass in the music you are listening too and the 6.5 mm tweeters produce clear high quality audio. The mic also allows you to make crystal clear phone calls without distortion. Battery life is rated at 8 hours however you can really expect about 5 hours if you are using ANC. The case however gives you another 20 hrs. of battery life if fully charged. The earbuds are IPX7 rated which does mean that they are water resistant with the ability to be submersed in up to 1 meter of water for up to 30 minutes. Since theses are water resistant you don't have to worry about sweat ruining them. These buds did not fall out once during my runs or workouts but I did try all 3 sizes of earbuds included in order to find the perfect fit. If you own some of the latest Samsung devices the earbuds can auto switch between devices. So if I'm watching something on my Samsung tablet and I get a phone call on my s21 the earbuds will automatically switch from the tablet to the phone and switch back to the tablet once the call is complete. I think Samsung did a great job with these earbuds and I can easily say that these have become my go to wireless earbuds whether I'm using my Galaxy S20 or my iPhone.

Got these for Christmas and they won’t charge. They are out of the window to be returned and haven’t been able to figure out how to get help from company.

These earbuds are a nice compliment to my other Samsung products, but with a major disappointment. They have a premium feel, and did fit snug in my ear. The bragging point is the sound. The sound is superb. I do not make this statement lightly. With earbuds, there's only so much functionality that you can place in such tiny devices. Yet, a great deal of effort was placed in making sure the audio sounded well. Also, the active noise cancellation was decent. While being at home, there's not much to tune out, however, going outside provided more factors for me to test against. Despite its size, the Galaxy Buds Pro provided acceptable noise cancellation for what I needed. Unfortunately, excellent sound and good active noise cancellation came at the expense of battery life. The battery life of these earbuds drained quickly when ANC (Active Noise Cancellation) was used. Even with the feature disabled, battery life was still subpar. Samsung users can find redemption for these earbuds through the Galaxy Wearable app. The app helps to customize how the buds respond to certain actions and to enable other abilities such as ambient mode, voice detection, and equalizer adjustment among other things. Overall, I like these earbuds, but I wish that I could enjoy them for longer periods of time.

these were not very comfortable and constantly fell out of my ears even after trying different tips that were provided. i did a return

Love the sound, they sound great. The ANC and Ambient are cool too. They don’t stay in my ears tho. I am constantly fiddling with them to keep them in correct position. I am Samsung everything and I think they could have done a better job with this issue.

These Bluetooth are very bad, they are barely 2 months old since I bought them. I've only used them for an hour a day and they can't fully charge

They constantly fall out and were not comfortable at all. Sound was also subpar to the other buds in the samsung lineup

I love these...comfortable and sound great. Barely notice they are there until the bass starts coming through.
