    These are the most PAINFUL ear buds ever made and they do not stay in my ear. I literally wince every time i have to tap them. I have had the original galaxy buds and the + version. Tbh the og ones were the best. The pro seemed cool but they are not worth it

    got a pair as a xmas present. gave me ear infections. do not buy if you have sensitive skin. i have tons of earbuds. i use them on a daily basis. this is the only pair ive ever had this problem with.

    Do not fit well, and sound worse than my 3 year old corded pixel buds. Also the touch components for skipping songs etc are very poor and do not respond well. Don't waste your money.

    No one is talking about the ear infections you get due to their new material they used. Look it up before you buy folks! Great sound but ear will be leaking and infected.

    They constantly slip out my ear... I tried changing the tip size thinking maybe that was the problem but it has not helped... Save money and go with different earbuds...

    The ear buds are to big the pic is very deceiving had to return the item. Also they fall out of your ears to much.

    I bought these about 2-3 weeks ago and the charging case stopped working. Samsung wasn’t much help. I also found that if you use an Apple phone with these there is no app to work with the ear buds with. There is for the Samsung buds live but not for these. Overall I am unhappy with the product, and the companies response. Stay away from this product.

    Bluetooth reception

    The bluetooth reception is extremely wack. I would not recommend it at all. I have many other Bluetooth earphones and all of them i can walk away even 30 feet from my phone and with this Galaxy Pro ear bugs if I put my phone in my back packet i lose signal. Very annoying.

    BROKE in just a few months!

    These pods were purchased 10/29/21 and one is defective no longer working at full charge by 1/18/22. I called best buy and they told me nothing they can do, any returns expired 48 hours ago so I do not qualify. Now I have to contact manufacturer directly. Not a big deal but poor customer service for BestBuy. Apple product still working 1 year later!

    Crap. Randomly one ear would cut out, and that's when they'd stay in. Going back to my 2 year old Samsung buds that worked much better in both regards.
