they work great. I love the sound quality and the way they fit. they touch buttons seem sensitive and some times seem to be activated when I simply move my hair behind my ear. I work in an place with lots of heavy machines that are operated at different times by other and they effect the ambient sound I usually use low or medium setting on them to talk with coworkers. other then the few problems i have i love the fact they don't have to be used ambient sound can be turn off and so can the touches would still like to see improvements in those but all in all i would recommend these even to older people for the ambient sound it may effect mine in the environment i work in but at home i haven't "huh" my wife while using them.

I received thorough explanations from a salesman about these and other earbuds. According to everyone, this model has excellent noise cancelation and battery life, but that was not my experience at all. I only need these things and the cancellation feature for when I am at my job. True active noise cancellation emits enough white noise to block out sounds. I still have to hear everything around me, and a bit more annoyingly because I am not wearing actual noise protection. After trying multiple brands ranging from 50 to 260 dollars, I have learned thst no earbuds have real active noise cancelling, only earmuffs. The battery life is also not as advertised. After three hours, they were down to 29%. I returned them, as they are not worth 200 dollars. Otherwise, the sound is clear. The fit is comfortable. The app is a handy way to monitor and control the product.

The sound is great, the only complaint i have is that when i answer a call while wearing them, i have to hang up and call the person back in order to hear them. Otherwise i have to just disconnect the earbuds until my call is over.

Absolutely awesome great sound quality and comfort.

Loved them! Only thing is they tend to pop outta my ears even with the small ear deals. And slightly uncomfortable if you lay on your side with one in(sore) but nouse canceling is 5star! Ambient sound is like having hearing aids and you wont have to worry about missing what anyone says while headphones are in(should you choose)!

Good bass, good battery and great overall sound. Active noise canceling could be better but overall a great buy.

Great wireless buds for Samsung and seems to work fine with other devices so far. Great fit, good sound and battery life, pretty quick charge. Touch controls are a bit wonky at times but its a minor issue. Imglad I bought these, I use 'em everyday.

I want to love these but they hurt my ears. They sound great but they are fairly large for me.

Amazing headphones. The Live feature is super awesome. Not all songs/videos sound good with the live feature on but the vast majority do. The noise cancelling is also great. I work night shift and when I have trouble sleeping during the day I started using these. The only thing I have noticed is the battery on the headphones themselves didn't seem to last as long as my Buds+ when wearing them overnight but that might be because they stayed in better and likely didn't go into stand-by.

Sound good, comfortable but not the best for working out

They have good sound if you can get them in the right position. After an hour of wearing they began to hurt my ears. I actually took them back,Because i preferred the jbl 300 lives i paid half the price for. They are good buds, just not for me.

Returned these after about a week. Pros: Great noise cancelling and the active listening mode is superior to any other headphones I have tried. Cons: Uncomfortable and doesn't stay in with high-intensity workouts. After a couple hours of wearing, you want to take them out. Also, the touch controls are not very intuitive, and you have to choose between which basic controls you want to be able to do instead of having them all controlled with a different gesture. Had Bose SoundSport before this and after returning these I bought the newer model Bose Quiet Comfort earbuds. Would recommend the Bose if using for long periods, or using while working out.

The sounds quality is amazing. As far S it falling out my ears. All the time. I cant work out without them flying out.. no matter the ear plu size i wear they still fall out

By far my favorite earbuds to date. Amazing sound, comfortable, portable and not sore on the eyes like the apple airpods.

Great fit and sound. Battery life is awesome. Ambient noise works real good. A big improvement from the original buds.

This ear buds are great like the way they fit in your ear they don't fall out they fit snug. The sound is amazing playing music. Like the way you speak and it cancel noise activation for the time you speak. The only bad thing is that the battery only last around 6hr if you use them through out the day.
