These buds are very comfortable when wearing, the sound volume is extremely more clear and louder than my previous Galaxy Buds. The ambient voice option is much better than Galaxy Buds when it comes to quality. The only reason I am giving it a 4 Star is because, sometimes when sleeping or laying on the bed with the Buds on, it could fall out of your ears due to the angle that its sitting in your ear. Maybe they are not meant to be worn in that position, but I find it a little annoying. But overall, very promising product.

Great sound and good quality materials, not too good when you are doing exercise, jogging or fast walk, moves too much, inside your ears.

Awesome sound, fits great, you can hardly tell they're in your ears, the charge last long. Only negative is that mine occasionally fall out

Sound quality is absolutely great comparing from buds and buds+. Downside is the decrease in playtime off of one charge, and that it is incapable of staying in ears. Have to constantly adjust it to have a good comfort fit

I'm sorry. I had to return the ear buds. They would not stay in my ear. The sound was great. I really liked everything about them except that they kept falling out of my ears. However, the service at Best Buy was great.

These things have great sound and sync to my note 10 effortlessly. These things are a must have.

My 16yr old Daughter loves it. The variety of colors, battery life and very comfortable makes it unique. Blue tooth synchronize easy with Samsung phone. We love the different options protection color casing. Base & Sound off the charts excellent. Perfect for teens & adults.

Won’t stay in my ears and the volume doesn’t get loud enough to hear over my lawnmower while cutting grass

These are fantastic ear Buds! They come with different sized padded ear tips to match a variety of ear size needs. The speakers are great, noise cancellation is a nice feature. Easy to set up with my device. Takes a beat to get used to inserting them, but not really hard to figure out. I really like them a lot!

The Galaxy Buds Pro are the best earbuds I've ever had. They fit in my ears very nicely, the sound quality is amazing, and they are stylish. I love the bass on these; and the equalizer in the Wear app is extremely helpful. The ANC with voice detection works very well.

Fit could be a problem but amazing Headphones. Really great, better than other ones I've purchased.

Great fit once you find the ear adapters that fit best. Great music sound quality. Clear sound quality during phone calls. Voice detect very sensitive. Voice detect will activate even if you hum or sing to your music. Without noise cancelation battery will last between 6-8 hours. (With music constant). Have had for about 1 month,skeptical at first but,these buds are pretty good. (Sound quality is better than my Buds Live)

These ear buds could've been better for the price. Sound quality is good, but they tend to fall out while working out at the gym. I tried changing the buds, but nothing works. I never had this issue with the Buds Plus.

I preferred these to my AirPods. Only feedback is my app would not sync up to pods so I wasn’t able to access settings. Great for music and good battery life.

Easy to connect, they work very good and the noise cancelation excellent, I love this earbuds.
